Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the action adventure Uncharted directed by Ruben Fleischer and starring Tom Holland, Mark Wahlberg, Tati Gabrielle, Sophia Ali and Antonio Banderas. The film’s original music is composed by Ramin Djawadi (Game of Thrones, Eternals, Iron Man, Westworld, Pacific Rim, A Wrinkle in Time, Clash of the Titans, Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan, The Great Wall, Warcraft). Sony Classical has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score today. Also opening wide is the comedy drama Dog directed by Reid Carolin & Channing Tatum and starring Tatum himself, Jane Adams, Kevin Nash, Q’orianka Kilcher, Ethan Suplee, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Luke Forbes, Nicole LaLiberté and Ronnie Gene Blevins. Thomas Newman (American Beauty, Finding Nemo, 1917,  The Shawshank Redemption, Skyfall, Road to Perdition) has composed the film’s original music. No soundtrack album is expected. Blake Neely Scoring The CW’s ‘All American: Homecoming’

Blake Neely (The Flight Attendant, Arrow, The Flash, You, The Pacific, Greyhound) is returning as the composer of the new CW drama All American: Homecoming. The spin-off of the network’s original All American series (which Neely is also scoring) is created by Nkechi Okoro Carroll and stars Geffri Maya, Peyton Alex Smith, Kelly Jenrette, Cory Hardrict, Sylvester Powell, Camille Hyde, Mitchell Edwards and Netta Walker. The series follows the journeys of Simone Hicks, a tennis hopeful from Beverly Hills, and elite baseball player Damon Sims from Chicago, as they navigate life at the prestigious HBCU Bringston University. ‘A Banquet’ Soundtrack Album Announced

First Artists Recordings (FAR) and Burning Witches Records will a soundtrack album for the British horror movie A Banquet. The album features the film’s original music written by composer, sound designer and recording artist CJ Mirra. The soundtrack is set to be released on March 11, 2022 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon. A limited edition vinyl edition is now available for pre-order on Burning Witches’ official website. A first track is now already available on all major digital music platforms. NBC’s ‘The Endgame’ to Feature Score by Tony Morales

Tony Morales (Reacher, Elena of Avalor, Bloodline, The Fugitive) is composing the original score for the new NBC drama The Endgame. Brian Tyler (Iron Man 3, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Crazy Rich Asians, Now You See Me) & Morales have co-scored the pilot episode of the show created by Nicholas Wootton (Scorpion, Chuck) & Jake Coburn (Quantico, Biohackers) and starring Morena Baccarin, Ryan Michelle Bathé, Costa Ronin, Jordan Johnson-Hinds, Kamal Bolden, Noah Bean and Mark Damon Espinoza. The series revolves around a recently captured international arms dealer and brilliant criminal mastermind who orchestrates a number of coordinated bank heists throughout New York City for a mysterious purpose and squares off against a principled FBI agent. Capitol Records has released a new soundtrack album for the Netflix animated series Ridley Jones. The album features the songs from the third season of the show written by Christopher Dimond and Michael Kooman. The Vol. 3 soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music stores. The label has previously released a soundtrack featuring the songs from Season 1 and Season 2 last year. Ridley Jones is created by Chris Nee (Doc McStuffins) and stars Iara Nemirovsky, Laraine Newman, David Errigo Jr, Tyler Shamy, Ezra Menas, Sutton Foster, Ashlyn Madden, Jane Lynch, Blythe Danner, Andrew Rannells, Chris Colfer, Yvette Nicole Brown and Rhea Seehorn. Milan Records has released the second soundtrack album for the Paramount+ original series 1883. The album features selections of the original music from the second part of the show’s first season composed by Brian Tyler (Fast & Furious, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Iron Man 3, Crazy Rich Asians, Now You See Me, Scream) & Breton Vivian (Yellowstone, Five Feet Apart, Redeeming Love). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. The first volume featuring music from the first episodes was released last month. 1883 is created by Taylor Sheridan and stars Sam Elliott, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Isabel May, LaMonica Garrett, Audie Rick, Marc Rissmann, Eric Nelsen and James Landry Hebert. WaterTower Music has released the third track from the soundtrack for Matt Reeves’ The Batman. Available to stream/download now on all major digital music platforms (including Amazon) is the Catwoman theme written by the movie’s composer Michael Giacchino (Lost, Up, Star Trek, Spider-Man: No Way Home, Ratatouille, Jurassic World, Doctor Strange, The Incredibles, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story). Milan Records will release a soundtrack album for the sci-fi romance Strawberry Mansion. The album features the film’s original music composed by Dan Deacon (Ascension, Twixt, Rat Film, All Light, Everywhere, Well Groomed). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, February 18 (click here to stream/download the album). Strawberry Mansion is written and directed by Kentucker Audley & Albert Birney and stars Penny Fuller, Kentucker Audley, Grace Glowicki, Linas Phillips and Reed Birney. The movie is set in the not-too-distant future, where a surveillance state conducts audits to collect taxes on the unconscious lives of the populace, and follows a government agent who travels to a remote farmhouse to audit the dreams of an eccentric, aging artist. Disney+’s ‘Obi-Wan Kenobi’ TV Series to Feature Theme by John Williams

Variety has confirmed that John Williams has recorded a theme for the upcoming Disney+ limited series Obi-Wan Kenobi. The composer has recorded the theme last week with a Los Angeles orchestra. The show is written by Joby Harold (King Arthur: Legend of the Sword, Underground), directed by Deborah Chow (The High Cost of Living) and stars Ewan McGregor in the title role and Hayden Christensen as Darth Vader. They are joined by Moses Ingram, Joel Edgerton, Bonnie Piesse, Kumail Nanjiani, Indira Varma, Rupert Friend, O’Shea Jackson Jr., Sung Kang, Simone Kessell and Benny Safdie. The 6-part drama takes place ten years after events of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith where Obi-Wan Kenobi faced his greatest defeat – the downfall and corruption of his best friend and Jedi apprentice, who turned to the dark side as evil Sith Lord Darth Vader.
