The full details of the soundtrack album for Lucasfilm’s Disney+ limited series Obi-Wan Kenobi have been revealed. The album features selections of the show’s original music, including the Obi-Wan Theme composed by John Williams (Star Wars, Jurassic Park, Jaws, Raiders of the Lost Ark), the original score composed by Natalie Holt (Loki, Knightfall, Journey’s End) and the Obi-Wan Theme adapted by William Ross (Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, My Dog Skip, Tuck Everlasting). The soundtrack is set to be released digitally on Monday, June 27 by Walt Disney Records and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services.

Walt Disney Records has released the theme from Lucasfilm’s Disney+ limited series Obi-Wan Kenobi. The 4-minute track composed by Academy Award winner John Williams who previously scored all nine installments of the Skywalker Saga and also wrote the theme for Solo: A Star Wars Story is now available to stream/download on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon. John Williams has premiered his theme from Lucasfilm’s Disney+ limited series Obi-Wan Kenobi at today’s first day of Star Wars Celebration in Anaheim, California. The composer himself appeared at the event to conduct his theme, as well the Imperial March and the Indiana Jones theme. Natalie Holt (Loki, Knightfall, Journey’s End, Herself, Fever Dream, Beecham House, Press) has composed the original score for the upcoming Disney+ original series Obi-Wan Kenobi. The show is directed by Deborah Chow and stars Ewan McGregor Hayden Christensen, Moses Ingram, Joel Edgerton, Kumail Nanjiani, Bonnie Piesse, Indira Varma, O’Shea Jackson Jr., Rupert Friend, Sung Kang, Simone Kessell and Benny Safdie. The drama takes place 10 years after the events of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith where Obi-Wan faced the downfall and corruption of his best friend and Jedi apprentice, Anakin Skywalker, who turned to the dark side as evil Sith Lord Darth Vader.

Variety has confirmed that John Williams has recorded a theme for the upcoming Disney+ limited series Obi-Wan Kenobi. The composer has recorded the theme last week with a Los Angeles orchestra. The show is written by Joby Harold (King Arthur: Legend of the Sword, Underground), directed by Deborah Chow (The High Cost of Living) and stars Ewan McGregor in the title role and Hayden Christensen as Darth Vader. They are joined by Moses Ingram, Joel Edgerton, Bonnie Piesse, Kumail Nanjiani, Indira Varma, Rupert Friend, O’Shea Jackson Jr., Sung Kang, Simone Kessell and Benny Safdie.
