Milan Records will release a soundtrack album for the sci-fi drama After Yang. The album features the film’s original score composed by Aska Matsumiya (Bruised, Skate Kitchen, Betty, I’m Your Woman, Selah and the Spades, 37 Seconds), as well as an original theme written by Ryuichi Sakamoto (The Last Emperor, The Revenant, Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence, Little Buddha). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, March 4 and will be available to stream/download here. After Yang is written and directed by Kogonada and stars Colin Farrell, Jodie Turner-Smith, Justin H. Min, Sarita Choudhury, Malea Emma Tjandrawidjaja, Clifton Collins Jr. and Haley Lu Richardson. The movie is based on Alexander Weinstein’s short story Saying Goodbye to Yang and tells the story of a father and daughter as they try to save the life of their robotic family member. ‘The Fury’ Digital Soundtrack Album Released

RCA Records has released a digital version of the original soundtrack album for the 1978 thriller The Fury directed by Brian De Palma and starring Kirk Douglas, John Cassavetes, Charles Durning and Amy Irving. The album features the film’s original music composed by John Williams (Star Wars, Jurassic Park, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Schindler’s List, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, Jaws, E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial). The release coincides with the recent appearance of the composer’s main title track in the Season 2 finale of HBO’s Euphoria (listen to the track below). ‘Outlander’ Season 6 Soundtrack Album Details

Sony Classical will release a new soundtrack album for the Starz original series Outlander. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s sixth season composed by Emmy Award winner Bear McCreary (Godzilla: King of the Monsters, 10 Cloverfield Lane, The Walking Dead, Child’s Play, Battlestar Galactica, Foundation, Happy Death Day). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, March 4 (click here to stream/download). A CD version is set to come out on April 15 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon.
