The album features the film’s original music composed by Franco Piersanti (Me and You, The Caiman, Terraferma, Ordinary Happiness). Music Box Records has announced the world premiere soundtrack release for the French 1997 television event movie The Red and the Black (Le rouge et le noir) directed by Jean-Daniel Verhaeghe and starring Carole Bouquet, Kim Rossi Stuart, Judith Godreche, Bernard Verley, Claude Rich and Constanze Engelbrecht. The album features the original music from the period drama composed by Academy Award nominee Philippe Sarde (The Tenant, Quest for Fire, Lord of the Flies, Barocco, Ghost Story, Pirates) and performed by the London Symphony Orchestra and the Metro Voices Choir. Music Box Records has announced a soundtrack album for the French Netflix limited series Notre-Dame (Notre-Dame: La Part du Feu). The album features the show’s original score composed by Éric Demarsan (Le Circle Rouge, Army of Shadows, Romance, The Stone Council), as well as additional music by Guillaume Le Hénaff. The soundtrack will be released on October 14 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon or the label’s official website, where you can also check out the track list and listen to audio samples.
