The full details of the soundtrack album for the HBO limited series Task have been revealed. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Daan Deacon (Venom: The Last Dance, Hustle, The Changeling, Ascension, Rez Ball, em>All Light, Everywhere, Twixt). The soundtrack will be released digitally on October 17 by Lakeshore Records and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The film marks the feature directorial debut of producer Gavin Polone (Zombieland, Panic Room, Gilmore Girls) and stars Georgina Campbell, James Preston Rogers, Grace Dove, Logan Miller and Malcolm McDowell. The movie follows a Kansas highway patrol officer who sets out on a journey to find out who murdered her husband and – as the hunt progresses – comes to realize the man responsible is a sadistic serial killer.
