Sony Music India has released the “introduction” theme for the upcoming Indian epic drama Ramayana. The track written by the film’s Academy Award-winning composers Hans Zimmer (The Lion King, Dune, Inception, The Dark Knight, Gladiator, Interstellar) & A.R. Rahman (Slumdog Millionaire, 127 Hours, Lagaan, The Hundred-Foot Journey, Viceroy’s House) and featuring lyrics by Kumar Vishwas is now available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Also listen to the theme after the jump. Ramayana is directed by Nitesh Tiwari and stars Ranbir Kapoor, Yash, Sai Pallavi, Ravi Dubey and Sunny Deol. The movie will be released in two parts in 2026 and 2027.
