Tom Howe is scoring the upcoming biographical drama Professor Marston & the Wonder Women. The film is written and directed by Angela Robinson (True Blood, The L Word) and stars Luke Evans, Bella Heathcote, Rebecca Hall, Connie Britton and Oliver Platt. The movie tells the story of Harvard psychologist Dr. William Moulton Marston, the inventor of the lie detector and creator of Wonder Woman, who defends his feminist superhero against charges of “sexual perversity.” Amy Redford, Andrea Sperling (Like Crazy, Smashed, Breathe In) and Terry Leonard (Hounddog) are producing the project for Topple Productions and Boxspring Entertainment. Premiering in the U.S. tomorrow, May 15, is the British mini-series Decline and Fall written by James Woods, directed by Guillem Morales and starring Jack Whitehall, David Suchet and Eva Longoria. The 3-parter’s original music is composed by Paul Englishby (An Education, Miss Petigrew Lives for a Day, The Musketeers). The comedy is based on Evelyn Waugh’s classic novel and follows an inoffensive divinity student at Oxford University in the 1920s,who is wrongly dismissed for indecent exposure having been made the victim of a prank by The Bollinger Club. Premiering on Friday, May 19, is the third season of the Syfy original series 12 Monkeys developed by Terry Matalas & Travis Fickett based on Terry Gilliam’s movie and starring Aaron Standford, Amanda Schull, Kirk Acevedo, Todd Stashwick, Emily Hampshire, Barbara Sukowa and Noah Bean. Two movies are opening nationwide this weekend:
Opening in most theaters is the action adventure King Arthur: Legend of the Sword directed by Guy Ritchie and starring Charlie Hunnam, Astrid Bergès-Frisbey, Djimon Hounsou, Aidan Gillen, Jude Law and Eric Bana. The film’s original music is composed by Daniel Pemberton (Steve Jobs, The Man from U.N.C.L.E., The Counselor, Gold). WaterTower Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score. Also opening wide is the action comedy Snatched directed by Jonathan Levine, produced by Paul Feig and starring Amy Schumer, Goldie Hawn, Joan Cusack, Ike Barinholtz, Wanda Sykes and Christopher Meloni. ‘Master of None’ Season 2 Soundtrack Released

Lakeshore Records has released the first soundtrack album for the Netflix original series Master of None. The album features the songs from the show’s second season by artists including Mina, Ryan Paris, Bobby Charles, Sylvester, Pino D’Angiò, Will Powers, Soft Cell, Bobby Charles & more. The soundtrack is now available to download here. A CD version is set to come out next month and can be pre-ordered on Amazon. Master of None is created by Aziz Anzari & Alan Yang and stars Anzari himself, alongside H. Jon Benjamin, Eric Wareheim, Lena Waithe, Noel Wells and Kelvin Yu.
