A soundtrack album has been released for the indie drama Columbus. The album features the film’s original music composed by the post-rock band Hammock. The soundtrack is now available digitally and can be downloaded on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples. Columbus is written and directed by Kogonada and stars John Cho, Haley Lu Richardson, Parker Posey, Rory Culkin and Michelle Forbes. The movie revolves around a Koreana man who finds himself stranded in the titular Indiana town after his father falls gravely ill and strikes up a friendship with an architectural enthusiast struggling with her own parental issues. Screamworks Records has released a soundtrack album for the horror thriller Jeepers Creepers 3. The album features the film’s original music composed by Andrew Morgan Smith. The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio clips. Jeepers Creepers 3 is written and directed by Victor Salva and stars Jonathan Breck, Meg Foster, Gabrielle Haugh, Chester Rushing, Stan Shaw, Brandon Smith and Gina Philips. The sequel follows a sergeant and his task force who embark on a mission to destroy the Creeper on its last day of feeding. Decca Records will release the official soundtrack album for Guillermo del Toro’s fantasy drama The Shape of Water. The album features the film’s original music composed by Alexandre Desplat (The Grand Budapest Hotel, The King’s Speech, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Godzilla). The soundtrack will be released physically on December 8, 2017 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. A digital version is expected to be released on December 1. Premiering tonight is the new Showtime original series SMILF created by Frankie Shaw who also stars in the comedy alongside Miguel Gomez, Rosie O’Donnell and Samara Weaving. The show’s original music is composed by Daniel Hart (Pete’s Dragon, A Ghost Story, Ain’t Them Bodies Saints, The Exorcist) is composing the show’s original music. Zoe Keating and Jeff Russo (Fargo, Legion, Star Trek: Discovery) also contributed additional music. Also premiering tonight is the second season of the Starz original series The Girlfriend Experience created by Amy Seimetz & Lodge Kerrigan, executive produced by Steven Soderbergh and starring Anna Friel, Louisa Krause, Narges Rashidi, Carmen Ejogo, Tunde Adebimpe, Harmony Korine and Morgana Davies. Mondo Boys (Phoenix Forgotten, Dave Made a Maze) have joined the project as new composers this season. They follow Shane Carruth who scored last year’s first season of the drama. Varese Sarabande has announced the details of the soundtrack album for the thriller Jungle. The album features the film’s original music composed by Johnny Klimek (Cloud Atlas, Run Lola Run, The International, Sense8, One Hour Photo). The soundtrack will be physically on December 8, 2017. Patrick Doyle confirmed in an interview with HeyUGuys at the world premiere of Murder on the Orient Express in London this week that he will be reteaming with Kenneth Branagh on the director’s upcoming film adaptation of Artemis Fowl. The movie is based on Eoin Colfer’s children’s books, which follow the 12-year-old criminal mastermind Artemis Fowl II, whose plot to extort gold from the secret Fairy People puts him directly in the crosshairs of some of the most dangerous creatures on earth.
