The full details of the soundtrack album for the animated feature Deep have been revealed. The album features the film’s original music composed by Fernando Velazquez (The Orphanage, The Impossible, Mama, Hercules, A Monster Calls, Devil). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, January 19 by Quartet Records and is now available for pre-order on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. A CD version will also be released later this month. Joseph Bishara revealed in a recent interview with Dread Central that he is set to compose the music for the upcoming horror thriller The Children. The film is directed by Michael Chaves and stars Linda Cardellini, Sean Patrick Thomas and Patricia Velasquez. The movie follows a social worker who, while investigating the mysterious disappearance of two children, discovers her own family might also be in jeopardy. Mikki Daughtry & Tobias Iaconis wrote the screenplay. The movie follows a mother who comes to visit a remote lake house, and finds herself fighting for the lives of herself and her two daughters after falling into a terrifying and bizarre nightmare conceived by a homicidal psychopath.
