Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the animated feature Bilal: A New Breed of Hero!. The album features the film’s original music composed by Atli Orvarsson (Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters, Vantage Point, Rams, The Edge of Seventeen, The Eagle) who recorded his orchestral score at Abbey Road Studios in London. The soundtrack will be released digitally on October 28, 2016 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Bilal is directed by Ayman Jamal and Khurram Alavi and features the voices Ian McShane, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Thomas Ian Nicholas and Michael Gross. The movie is inspired by the true story of Bilal Ibn Rabah, a freed slave of Ethiopian origin who fought for equality and justice.

Dustin O’Halloran is set to compose the music for the upcoming drama Chappaquiddick. The film is directed by John Curran (The Painted Veil, Tracks, Stone) and stars Jason Clarke, Kate Mara, Ed Helms, Bruce Dern, Jim Gaffigan and Olivia Thirlby. The movie revolves around the tragic car accident that took the life of Mary Jo Kopechne when Senator Ted Kennedy crashed his car off a one-lane bridge in the summer of 1969. Keefus Ciancia is composing the score for the new USA original series Eyewitness. Darren Aronofsky revealed at a Master Class at the Reykjavík Film Festival that Johann Johannsson will be composing the music for the director’s next, currently untitled movie. The film stars Jennifer Lawrence, Javier Bardem, Michelle Pfeiffer, Domhnall Gleeson and Ed Harris. The drama centers on a couple whose relationship is tested when uninvited guests arrive at their home, disrupting their tranquil existence.
