Premiering tomorrow, February 25 is the NBC drama The Enemy Within created by Ken Woodruff and starring Jennifer Carpenter, Morris Chestnut, Raza Jaffrey, Kelli Garner, Cassandra Freeman and Noah Mills. Walt Disney Records has released a new soundtrack album for the movie musical Mary Poppins Returns. The album features instrumental versions of all the songs from the movie composed by Marc Shaiman & Scott Wittman who are both nominated for the original song The Place Where Lost Things Go at this year’s Academy Awards. The soundtrack, which is being sold internationally as Sing-Along version, is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. Walter Mair (The Same Sky, Cuffs, GlueBlood Orange) has recently scored the new Netflix original docu-series Formula 1: Drive to Survive. The show is executive produced by James Gay Rees (Amy, Senna), Paul Martin (Make Us Dream), & showrunner Sophie Todd and follows a group of drivers, managers and team owners during one cutthroat season of Formula 1 racing. Opening nationwide is the animated sequel How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World directed by Dean DeBlois and starring Jay Baruchel, America Ferrera, Cate Blanchett, Kit Harrington, Craig Ferguson and F. Murray Abraham. The film’s original music is composed by John Powell (The Bourne IdentityShrekSolo: A Star Wars StoryHappy Feet). Dubois Records has released a new soundtrack album for the ITV/PBS original series Victoria. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s second and third season composed by Ruth Barrett (Bodyguard, Harry Brown, Collateral, City of Tiny Lights). The label has previously released a soundtrack featuring Barrett’s & Martin Phipps’ score from the drama’s first season. Universal-Island Records will release the official soundtrack album for the comedy drama Wild Rose. The album features the songs from the movie performed by lead actress Jessie Buckley who stars in the title role of Rose-Lynn Harlan. The soundtrack will be released on April 12, 2019 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. A first track (Country Girl) is now already available to download here. Wild Rose is directed by Tom Harper and stars Buckley, alongside Sophie Okonedo and Julie Walters. The movie follows a convicted criminal, single mother and would-be country singer who dreams of leaving her dreary, workaday Glasgow life for the bright lights of Nashville.
