Milan Records has released a soundtrack album for the French thriller Persona non grata. The album features the film’s original music composed by Nathaniel Mechaly (Taken series, Colombiana, Taxi Brooklyn, The Grandmaster). Also included are songs by Matt Bauer, Model Man and Eduardo Muchacho. The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio clips and check out the track list. Persona non grata is directed by Roschdy Zem who also stars in the movie alongside Nicolas Duvauchelle and Raphaël Personna. The thriller follows two friends and associates in the same company who can no longer stand their boss and decide to hire a hitman to eliminate the cause of their misery. Premiering on Tuesday, July 16, is the new CW drama Pandora created by Mark A. Altman and starring Priscilla Quintana, Oliver Dench, Raechelle Banno, John Harlan Kim, Ben Radcliffe, Banita Sandhu, Martin Bobb-Semple and Noah Huntley. The show’s original music is composed by Joe Kraemer (Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation, Jack Reacher) and Penka Kouneva (Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands, Midnight Movie). The film is directed by Vadim Perelman (The House of Sand and Fog, The Life Before Her Eyes) and stars Nahuel Perez Biscayart and Lars Eidinger. The movie set in Occupied France in 1942 centers on the relationship between a man who is arrested by the SS alongside other Jews and sent to a concentration camp in Germany and the head of the camp who dreams of opening a restaurant in Iran once the war is over. Two new movies are opening in theaters nationwide this weekend:
Opening in most theaters is the action comedy Stuber directed by Michael Dowse and starring Kumail Nanjiani, Dave Bautista, Iko Uwais, Natalie Morales, Betty Gilpin, Jimmy Tatro, Mira Sorvino and Karen Gillan. The film’s original music is composed by Joseph Trapanese (Oblivion, Straight Outta Compton, The Greatest Showman, The Raid series, Arctic). Also opening wide is the horror thriller Crawl written and directed by Alexandre Aja and starring Kaya Scodelario and Barry Pepper.
