Hollywood Records will release a soundtrack album for the BBC and FX limited series A Christmas Carol. The album features original music from the 3-parter composed by Academy Award nominees Dustin O’Halloran (Transparent, Like Crazy) & Volker Bertelmann (Adrift, Patrick Melrose) who have previously co-scored the features Lion and The Art of Racing in the Rain. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, January 17 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon. A Chrismas Carol is written by Steven Knight based on Charles Dickens’ iconic ghost story, directed by Nick Murphy and stars Guy Pearce as Ebenezer Scrooge, Andy Serkis as Ghost of Christmas Past, as well as Stephen Graham, Charlotte Riley, Joe Alwyn, Vinette Robinson, Jason Flemyng and Kayvan Novak. Air-Edel Records has released a soundtrack EP for the National Geographic documentary short Lost and Found. The EP features the film’s original music composed by Patrick Jonsson (Virunga, The White Helmets, Black Earth Rising, On Her Shoulders). Lost and Found is directed by Orlando von Einsiedel and follows Kamal Hussein, a Rohingya refugee who has dedicated his life to reuniting children with their parents in the world’s largest refugee camp.
