Four new movies are opening nationwide this week:
Opening in most theaters is the superhero movie Wonder Woman 1984 directed by Patty Jenkins and starring Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Robin Wright, Kristen Wiig, Pedro Pascal and Connie Nielsen. The film’s original music is composed by Hans Zimmer (Inception, The Lion King, The Dark Knight, Man of Steel, Gladiator, Pirates of the Caribbean, Interstellar). WaterTower Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score last week. Check out our previous news article for the full album and to learn more about the Warner Bros. Pictures production, which is now also available to stream on HBO Max.
Also opening wide is the western News of the World co-written and directed by Paul Greengrass and starring Tom Hanks and Helena Zengel.
