The album features the film’s original music composed by John Piscitello (Becoming Bond, No Place on Earth, Mike Wallace Is Here, Memory Games). The All-Americans is directed by Billy McMillin and centers on Los Angeles’ East LA Classic, the annual high school football game between rivals Garfield and Roosevelt high school. The movie tells the story of a woman whose daughter mysteriously vanishes in the cellar of their new house in the country and who soon discovers there is an ancient and powerful entity controlling their home. Premiering tonight is the new Showtime original series Moonbase 8 created by Fred Armisen, Jonathan Krisel, Tim Heidecker & John C. Reilly and starring Armisen, Heidecker and Reilly themselves. The show’s original music is composed by Steven Drozd of The Flaming Lips who made his scoring debut on the comedy. The A24 production centers on three astronauts stationed at NASA’s Moon Base Simulator in a remote part of the Arizona desert as they encounter many obstacles including loneliness, self-doubt and their own incompetence.
