The show is written and created by Bash Doran (Outlaw King, The Looming Tower) and stars Michael Stuhlbarg, Matt Lauria, Brandon P. Bell, Emma Appleton, Luke Treadaway, Keeley Hawes and Stephen Campbell Moore. The spy thriller revolves around Feef Symonds, a bold 20-something woman who joins the Civil Service in 1945, just as the Labour party sweeps to victory, defeating Winston Churchill in an unexpected landslide.

Dan Romer Scoring Netflix’s ‘The Innocent Man’
Dan Romer (Beasts of the Southern Wild, Beasts of No Nation, Maniac) has recently scored the new Netflix docu-series The Innocent Man. The show directed by Clay Tweel is based on the best-selling non-fiction book of the same title by John Grisham (The Firm, The Pelican Brief) and focuses on two murders that shook the small town of Ada, Oklahoma, in the 1980s – and the controversial chain of events that followed. The series features interviews with victims’ friends and families, Ada residents, attorneys, journalists, and others involved in the case.

Premiering tomorrow, November 26, is the Epix original documentary The Panama Papers directed by Alex Winter and produced by Bungalow Media + Entertainment, Trouper Productions and Zipper Bros. Films. Pedro Bromfman (Narcos, RoboCop, Elite Squad) has composed the film’s original music. The documentary details the unprecedented coordination of journalists from around the world working in secret, at great personal risk, to expose the largest data leak in history. The movie received an awards-qualifying theatrical release earlier this month and will air exclusively on Epix.
Trevor Morris to Score Netflix’s ‘Another Life’
Trevor Morris has been tapped to score the upcoming Netflix original series Another Life. The show is created by Aaron Martin (Slasher, Saving Hope) and stars Katee Sackhoff, Selma Blair, Justin Chatwin, Tyler Hoechlin, Samuel Anderson, Elizabeth Faith Ludlow, Blu Hunt, A. J. Rivera, Alexander Eling, Alex Ozerov, Jake Abel, JayR Tinaco, Jessica Camacho, Barbara Williams and Lina Renna. The sci-fi drama revolves around an astronaut and her young crew who face unimaginable danger as they go on a high-risk mission to explore the genesis of an alien artifact.
‘The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel’ Season 1 Soundtrack Album Released
Universal Music Enterprises has released the first soundtrack album for the Amazon original series The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. The album features a selection of songs from the show’s first season by Frank Sinatra, Barbra Streisand, Peggy Lee, Ella Fitzgerald, Nat King Cole, Julie London, Connie Francis & more. The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon. A CD version is set to be released in early 2019 and is available for pre-order here and a vinyl version is also in the works (click here to order). The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel is created by Amy Sherman-Palladino and stars Rachel Brosnahan, Alex Borstein, Tony Shalhoub, Michael Zegen and Marin Hinkle.

Mark Mothersbaugh is scoring the new Bravo original anthology series Dirty John. The show is created by Alexandra Cunningham (Chance, Aquarius) and stars Connie Britton, Eric Bana, Julia Garner, Juno Temple, Jean Smart, Kevin Zegers, Keiko Agena, John Karna, Sprague Grayden and Cliff Chamberlain. The drama is based on the articles and true crime podcast of the same title from LA Times reporter Christopher Goffard and tells the true story of how Debra’s romance with the charismatic John Meehan spiraled into secrets, denial and manipulation.

Soundtrack Album for Netflix’s ‘Motown Magic’ Released
Motown Records has released a soundtrack album for the Netflix animated series Motown Magic. The album features the Motown hits from the show covered by artists including Ne-Yo, Becky G, BJ the Chicago Kid, Calum Scott, Skylar Grey, Trombone Shorty, as well as Smokey Robinson who serves as the project’s executive music producer. The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. A CD version is available to order here. Motown Magic created by Joshua Wakely & Smokey Robinson is inspired by the music of Motown and follows a wide-eyed eight-year-old who uses his magic paintbrush to bring the street-art decorating his city, Motown, to life.
Daniel Pemberton & Samuel Sim to Score Netflix’s ‘The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance’
Daniel Pemberton (Steve Jobs, The Man from U.N.C.L.E., Ocean’s 8, King Arthur: Legend of the Sword) and Samuel Sim (Awake, The Halcyon, Home Fires) have been tapped to score the upcoming Netflix fantasy adventure series The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance. The show directed by Louis Leterrier (Now You See Me, The Incredible Hulk) is a prequel to the classic 1982 feature (scored by Trevor Jones), and follows three young Gelflings as they inspire a rebellion against the cruel emperor when they discover a horrifying secret.
Extended Theme from Netflix ‘Narcos: Mexico’ Released
Gaumont Television has released a new extended version of Tuyo, the theme from the Netflix original series Narcos written and performed by Rodrigo Amarante as featured in the show’s new season Narcos: Mexico. The track is now available as a digital single on Amazon. Narcos: Mexico is created by Carlo Bernard & Doug Miro and stars Michael Peña, Diego Luna, Tenoch Huerta, Joaquin Cosio, Jose Maria Yazpik, Teresa Ruiz and Alyssa Diaz. The fourth season of the crime drama centers on the birth of the Mexican drug war in the 1980s and chronicles the true story of the Guadalajara cartel’s ascent.
