MSA Records has released a soundtrack album for the French limited series Laetitia. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Raf Keunen (Bullhead, Racer and the Jailbird, The Spy, Over Water, Just a Sigh). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music stores. Laetitia is co-written and directed by Academy Award winner Jean-Xavier de Lestrade (The Staircase) and stars Marie Colomb, Sophie Breyer, Yannick Choirat, Sam Karmann, Kevin Azïas and Noam Morgensztern. The 6-part drama chronicles the disappearance of a teenage girl in western France – and how a single act of violence impacted an entire country.

Weekly TV Music Roundup (August 29, 2021)
Premiering on Tuesday, August 31 is the Hulu original series Only Murders in the Building created by Steve Martin & John Hoffman and starring Martin, Selena Gomez, Martin Short Aaron Dominguez and Amy Ryan. The show’s original music is composed by Siddhartha Khosla (This Is Us, Looking for Alasksa, Queenpins, Runaways, The Royals). Hollywood Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score this past Friday. Premiering on Wednesday, September 1 is Pixar Animation Studios’ Disney+ shorts series Dug Days written and directed by Bob Peterson and produced by Kim Collins. Andrea Datzman (Alcatraz, Undercovers) & Curtis Green have composed the original score for all five shorts. ‘The J Team’ Soundtrack Album Released
Viacom International has released a soundtrack album for the Paramount+ original movie The J Team. The album features the songs from the film by performed by lead actress JoJo Siwa and co-written by herself, Jeannie Lurie, Matthew Tishler & Andrew Underberg. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download now on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon. Listen to several full tracks after the jump. The J Team is directed by Michael Lembeck and stars Siwa, Tisha Campbell-Martin, Laura Soltis, Julia Marley, Kerrynton Jones and Kiara T. Romero. The Nickelodeon and Awesomeness Films production follows JoJo and her friends as they prepare and compete for the top prize at the All-Star Regional National Dance Competition.
Andrea Datzman & Curtis Green Scoring Disney+’s ‘Dug Days’
Andrea Datzman & Curtis Green have composed the original score for the new Disney+ shorts series Dug Days. The show is written and directed by Bob Peterson (Up, Finding Nemo, Cars 3) and follows the misadventures of Dug, the lovable dog from the Disney/Pixar feature Up ,whose high-tech collar translates his thoughts into speech. Each short features everyday events that occur in and around Dug’s backyard, all through the eyes of the title character. Kim Collins is producing the Pixar Animation Studios production.
Soundtrack Album for Netflix’s ‘I Heart Arlo’ Released
Capitol Records has released a soundtrack album for the Netflix animated series I Heart Arlo. The album features the original songs from the first season of the show written by series composer Alex Geringas (Woody Woodpecker, Impractical Jokers, TrollsTopia, Trolls: The Beat Goes On!) & series creator Ryan Crego (Arlo the Alligator Boy) and performed by voice cast members including Mary Lambert, Michael J. Woodard, Vincent Rodriguez III, Haley Tju, Jennifer Coolidge and Flea, as well as Santigold. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music stores. I Heart Arlo is created by Crego and also stars Jonathan Van Ness, Brett Gelman, Tony Hale, Annie Potts, Jessica Williams, Melissa Villaseñor and Cathy Vu.
Soundtrack Album for BBC’s ‘Vigil’ Released
Addict London has released a soundtrack album for the BBC series Vigil. The album features selections of the original music from the show composed by Afterhere (aka Berenice Scott and Glenn Gregory) (Liar, Under the Wire). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on all major digital platforms, including Amazon. Vigil is written and created by Tom Edge and stars Suranne Jones, Rose Leslie, Anjli Mohindra, Connor Swindells, Stephen Dillane, Gary Lewis, Adam James, Daniel Portman, Lolita Chakrabarti, Lorne MacFadyen and Lauren Lyle. The 6-part thriller directed by James Strong & Isabelle Sieb revolves around the mysterious disappearance of a Scottish fishing trawler and a death on-board the submarine HMS Vigil that brings the police into conflict with the Navy and British security services.

‘What If…the World Lost Its Mightiest Heroes?’ Soundtrack Album Details
The details of the third soundtrack album for Marvel Studios’ Disney+ animated series What If…? have been revealed. The album features the original music from the show’s third episode (What If… the World Lost Its Mightiest Heroes?) composed by Laura Karpman (Lovecraft Country, Set It Up, Underground, Black Nativity, Paris Can Wait, Why We Hate). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, August 27 by Marvel Music & Hollywood Records (click here to stream/download the album). The composer’s score from Episode 1 and Episode 2 has previously been released earlier this month and more soundtracks featuring music from the rest of the season will be coming out over the next couple of weeks. Episode 3 of What If…? is written by A.C. Bradley & Matthew Chauncey, directed by Bryan Andrews and explores what would happen if Nick Fury’s campaign to recruit the Avengers (as depicted in the comic Fury’s Big Week) went wrong.

Bear McCreary (Godzilla: King of the Monsters, Battlestar Galactica, 10 Cloverfield Lane, Happy Death Day, Colossal) is the composer of the upcoming Apple TV+ original series Foundation. The show is developed by David S. Goyer (Batman Begins, Blade) based on the novels by Isaac Asimov and stars Jared Harris, Lee Pace, Lou Llobell, Leah Harvey, Laura Birn, Terrence Mann, Cassian Bilton and Alfred Enoch. The sci-fi drama chronicles a band of exiles on their monumental journey to save humanity and rebuild civilization amid the fall of the Galactic Empire.
