Rock Action Records has released a full soundtrack album for the Netflix original film Outlaw King. The album features the film’s original music composed by Grey Dogs. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. Milan Records has previously released a single featuring three tracks from Grey Dogs’ score when the movie premiered back in 2018. Outlaw King is directed by Outlaw King is directed by David Mackenzie and stars Chris Pine, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Florence Pugh and Billy Howle. The movie is set in 14th-century Scotland and tells the true story of Robert The Bruce as he claims the crown and leads a fierce uprising to win back the country’s independence from English rule.

Ben Platt’s Songs ‘Corner of the Sky’ & ‘Run Away’ from ‘The Politician’ Season 2 to Be Released
Atlantic Records will release two songs from the second season of the Netflix original series The Politician performed by the show’s lead actor The Politician. To be released as a digital single tomorrow is Platt’s cover of Corner of the Sky from Stephen Schwartz’s musical Pippin, as well as Run Away (written by Platt for his debut album Sing to Me Instead) as featured in Season 2 of the comedy. Mateo Messina Scoring Netflix’s ‘Desperados’
Mateo Messina (Juno, Blockers, Barely Lethal, Tall Girl, The Wrong Missy) has recently scored the upcoming Netflix original film Desperados. The movie is directed by LP and stars Nasim Pedrad, Anna Camp, Sarah Burns, Robbie Amell and Heather Graham. The comedy revolves around a panicked young woman and her two best friends as they fly to Mexico to delete a ranting email she sent to her new boyfriend. Ellen Rapoport wrote the screenplay. Mason Novick (500 Days of Summer, Tully) is producing the project for MXN Entertainment, alongside John Finemore (Buffaloed, ARQ) for Lost City.
Bruno Coulais Scoring Henry Selick’s ‘Wendell & Wild’
Composer Bruno Coulais (The Chorus, The Crimson Rivers, Winged Migration) is reteaming with director Henry Selick on the upcoming animated feature Wendell & Wild. The film follows two scheming demon brothers – Wendell (voiced by Jordan Peele) and Wild (voiced by Keegan-Michael Key) – who are forced to face-off against their arch-enemy in order to earn their way out of hell. Selick (The Nightmare Before Christmas, James and the Giant Peach) also co-wrote the screenplay with Peele (Get Out, Us) and Clay McLeod Chapman based on an original story by Selick. They are also producing the Monkeypaw production with Ellen Goldsmith-Vein (The Maze Runner, Stargirl, Life of Crime) for The Gotham Group.

The show’s original music is composed by Natalie Holt (Journey’s End, The Honourable Woman, Knightfall, Three Girls) and Craig Pruess (Bend It Like Beckham, Bride & Prejudice). ‘Peaky Blinders’ Season 4 Score Album to Be Released
Kolbat/Very Clever Records will release a soundtrack album for the crime drama series Peaky Blinders. The album features the original score from the show’s fourth season composed by Antony Genn & Martin Slattery (The Look of Love, Lost in London, Black Mirror: The Waldo Moment). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, June 12 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. Universal Music has previously released a soundtrack album featuring songs and score from all seasons of the show, including selections of Genn’s & Slattery’s score. Peaky Blinders is created by Steven Knight and stars Cillian Murphy, Helen McCrory, Ned Dennehy and Paul Anderson.
Patrick Kirst to Return for Netflix’s ‘The Kissing Booth 2’
Patrick Kirst is returning as the composer of the upcoming Netflix original film The Kissing Booth 2. The movie is directed by Vince Marcello and stars Joey King, Joel Courtney, Jacob Elordi, Meganne Young, Carson White, Taylor Perez, Maisie Richardson-Sellers and Molly Ringwald. The romantic comedy follows Elle Evans after she just had the most romantic summer of her life with her reformed bad-boy boyfriend Noah Flynn and heads back to high school for her senior year. Marcello also co-wrote the screenplay with Jay Arnold based on characters from Beth Reekles’ 2012 young adult book. He is also producing the Komixx Entertainment production with Michele Weisler (Try Seventeen), Andrew Cole-Bulgin and Edward Glauser.
Matthew Margeson Scoring Rachel Talalay’s ‘A Babysitter’s Guide to Monster Hunting’
Matthew Margeson (Kingsman: The Secret Service, Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children, Rocketman, Eddie the Eagle) has been tapped to score the upcoming Netflix original film A Babysitter’s Guide to Monster Hunting. The movie is directed by Rachel Talalay (Tank Girl, Freddy’s Dead: The Final Nightmare) and stars Tamara Smart, Oona Laurence, Alessio Scalzotto, Indya Moore, Tom Felton and Ian Ho. The family fantasy adventure is based on Joe Ballarini’s book trilogy of the same title and follows a first-time babysitter whose charge is kidnapped by the Boogeyman, when she discovers a secret society of fierce babysitters who protect children – and an entire world of monsters she will have to fight in order to save him.
‘Rhyme Time Town’ Soundtrack Album Released
Back Lot Music has released a soundtrack album for DreamWorks Animation’s Netflix original series Rhyme Time Town. The album features a selection of songs from the show performed by Annabelle Westenholz-Smith, Luke Amis, Matthew Brown, Caitlin Linney, Maddie Evans, Angeli Wall, .Jude Muir & others. Kari Kimmel (who previously composed the title songs for DreamWorks Animation’s She-Ra and the Princesses of Power and Spirit: Riding Free) wrote the title song Let’s Go to Rhyme Time Town and arranged the other tracks on the album. Rhyme Time Town follows fun-loving friends Daisy and Cole as they use music and imagination to solve problems in a town filled with nursery rhyme characters.

Michael Yezerski (Blindspotting, Mr. Inbetween, Deputy, Corporate Animals, The Devil’s Candy) has recently scored the new Netflix original film Feel the Beat. The dance movie is directed by Elissa Downs (The Honor List, The Black Balloon) and stars Sofia Carson, Wolfgang Novogratz, Donna Lynne Champlin, Enrico Colantoni, Lidya Jewett, Eva Hauge, Johanna Colón, Sadie Lapidus, Shiloh Nelson, Shaylee Mansfield, Justin Allan, Kai Zen, Carina Battrick, Brandon Kyle Goodman, Ken Pak, Dennis Andres and Amy Stewart. The drama centers on a self-centered dancer who – after blowing a Broadway audition – returns home and agrees to coach a squad of young misfits for a big competition.
