The movie is directed by Laura Terruso (Fits and Starts) and stars Sabrina Carpenter, Liza Koshy, Keiynan Londsdale, Drew Ray Tanner, Michelle Buteau and Jordan Fisher. The dance comedy follows a teenage girl who forms a ragtag group of dancers to take on the best squad in school to the get into the college of her dreams. Joseph Trapanese (Oblivion, The Greatest Showman, The Raid 2, Straight Outta Compton, Lady and the Tramp) has composed the original music for the upcoming Netflix original film Project Power. The movie is directed by Henry Joost & Ariel Schulman (Catfish, Nerve) and stars Jamie Foxx, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Dominique Fishback, Rodrigo Santoro, Amy Landecker, Allen Maldonado, Kyanna Simone Simpson, Andrene Ward-Hammond, Machine Gun Kelly, Casey Neistat, Jim Klock and Courtney B. Vance. The sci-fi thriller follows a local New Orleans cop who teams with a teenage dealer and a former soldier fueled by a secret vendetta to fight power with power and risk taking a mysterious new pill that unlocks superpowers in order to track down and stop the group responsible for creating it.

Premiering tonight is the new Starz original series P-Valley created by Katori Hall and stars Brandee Evans, Nicco Annan, Shannon Thornton, Harriett D. Foy, J. Reza Safinia (Filly Brown, Warrior, The Trust, Birth of the Dragon) has composed the original score for the first episodes of the show. Soundtrack Album for Netflix’s ‘The Midnight Gospel’ to Be Released
BMG will release a soundtrack album for the Netflix original series The Midnight Gospel. The album features the songs from the show’s first season, as well as selections from the original score composed by Joe Wong (Master of None, To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, Russian Doll). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, July 10 and will be available to stream/download here. The Midnight Gospel is created by Pendleton Ward & Duncan Trussell and stars Trussell himself, Phil Hendrie, Drew Pinsky, Joey Diaz, Natasha Leggero, Johnny Pemberton, Christina Pazsitzky and Stephen Root. The animated comedy revolves around a space caster who explores existential questions about life, death and everything in between as he travels through trippy worlds inside his universe simulator.
‘A Whisker Away’ Soundtrack Released
A soundtrack album has been released for the Japanese animated feature A Whisker Away. The album features the film’s original music composed by Mina Kubota (A Letter to Momo, Destiny of the Shrine Maiden). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out audio samples. A Whisker Away is directed by Junichi Sato (Sailor Moon) & Tomotaka Shibayama and follows a peculiar girl who transforms into a cat to catch her crush’s attention, but before she realizes it, the line between human and animal starts to blur. The anime film is produced by Studio Colorido, Toho Animation and Twin Engine.

The fantasy drama is a re-imagining of the Arthurian legend, told through the eyes of Nimue, a teenage heroine with a mysterious gift who is destined to become the powerful (and tragic) Lady of the Lake.

The 5-parter examines the story of high school football star Greg Kelley who was arrested, convicted and jailed for sexual assault of a 4-year-old boy, and his supporters’ quest for truth and justice.
