Keegan DeWitt (Hearts Beat Loud, Gemini, I’ll See You in My Dreams, Divorce, Her Smell, Sorry for Your Loss) is the composer of the upcoming FX on Hulu limited series A Teacher. The show is created by Hannah Fidell (6 Years) based on her 2013 feature of the same title (scored by Brian McOmber) and stars Kate Mara and Nick Robinson. The drama examines the complexities and consequences of an illegal relationship between a female teacher and her male high school student. Fidell and Mara are also executive producing the project with Danny Brocklehurst (Safe, The Stranger), Michael Costigan (Stoker, Cyrus) and Jason Bateman (Ozark, The Outsider).

Milan Records has announced a soundtrack album for the Netflix original film All Together Now. The album features the movie’s original score composed by Keegan DeWitt (Hearts Beat Loud, Gemini, All the Bright Places, I’ll See In My Dreams, Her Smell, The Hero). Also included is the original song Feels Like Home by DeWitt and featuring the vocals of lead actress Auli’i Cravalho (available as a digital single now). The soundtrack will be released next Friday, August 28 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. All Together Now is directed by Brett Haley and also stars Fred Armisen, Justina Machado, Carol Burnett, Rhenzy Feliz, Judy Reyes, Taylor Richardson, C.S. Lee, Anthony Jacques Jr., and Gerald Isaac Waters.

Composer Keegan DeWitt (Gemini, Divorce, Her Smell, Sorry for Your Loss) is reteaming with director Brett Haley on the upcoming Netflix original film Sorta Like a Rockstar. The movie stars Auli’i Cravalho, Carol Burnett, Fred Armisen, Rhenzy Feliz, Justina Machado, Judy Reyes, Gerald Isaac Waters, Taylor Richardson and Anthony Jacques. The drama is based on the novel of the same name by Matthew Quick (Silver Lining’s Playbook) novel by the same name and follows a teenage girl who, despite her difficult circumstances, is preternaturally optimistic about the world and her place in it, until she faces a devastating loss and can no longer ignore the challenges in her own life.
