Two new movies are opening nationwide this weekend:

Opening in most theaters is the dramatic thriller Money Monster directed by Jodie Foster and starring George Clooney, Julia Roberts, Jack O’Connell, Dominic West, Giancarlo Esposito and Caitriona Balfe. The film’s original score is composed by Dominic Lewis (The Man in the High Castle, Free Birds) and produced by Henry Jackman. Sony Classical and Madison Gate Records have released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s music. Click here for the full album details. Also opening wide is the horror thriller The Darkness directed by Greg McLean and starring Kevin Bacon, Radha Mitchell, David Mazouz, Lucy Fry, Matt Walsh and Jennifer Morrison. Johnny Klimek (One Hour Photo, Sense8, Cloud Atlas, The International) has composed the film’s original music. No soundtrack album has been announced. The Darkness (previously entitled 6 Miranda Drive) follows two families who return from a summer camping trip in the Grand Canyon with a supernatural presence in tow. ‘Money Monster’ Soundtrack Details

Sony Classical will release a soundtrack album for the thriller Money Monster. The album features the film’s original music composed by Dominic Lewis (The Man in the High Castle, Free Birds) and produced by Henry Jackman (Captain America: Civil War, X-Men: First Class, Wreck-It-Ralph). The soundtrack will be released on May 13, 2016 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Money Monster is directed by Jodie Foster and stars George Clooney, Julia Roberts, Jack O’Connell, Dominic West, Giancarlo Esposito and Caitriona Balfe. Dominic Lewis has taken over scoring duties on the dramatic thriller Money Monster. The movie is directed by Jodie Foster and stars George Clooney, Julia Roberts, Jack O’Connell, Dominic West, Giancarlo Esposito and Caitriona Balfe. The film follows a bombastic television stock huckster whose program and life are taken hostage by an outraged gunman. Alan DiFiore & Jim Kouf (National Treasure, Rush Hour) and Jamie Linden (We Are Marshall, Dear John) have written the screenplay. Clooney is also producing the project with Grant Heslov (Argo, The Ides of March), Daniel Dubiecki (Up in the Air) and Lara Alameddine.

‘Open Season: Scared Silly’ Soundtrack Details

The details of the soundtrack album for the animated sequel Open Season: Scared Silly have been revealed. The album features the film’s original music composed by Rupert Gregson-Williams (Bee Season, Click, Over the Hedge) and Dominic Lewis (Free Birds, The Man in the High Castle). The soundtrack will be released digitally on April 1, 2016 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Open Season: Scared Silly is directed by David Feiss and features the voices of Donny Lucas, Will Townsend, Trevor Devall, Kathleen Barr, Garry Chalk and Melissa Sturm. The movie follows former hunter Shaw who seizes on the opportunity to re-open open season as a case of mistaken identity leads both humans and animals to believe there is a monstrous werewolf on the prowl in Timberline National Forest.

Dominic Lewis to Score ‘Henchmen’

Dominic Lewis is set to score the upcoming animated feature Henchmen. The film is directed by Adam Wood and features the voice talent of James Marsden, Thomas Middleditch, Rosario Dawson, Jane Krakowski, Alfred Molina, Rob Riggle, Craig Robinson & Nathan Fillion. The animated comedy follows a new recruit to the Union of Evil, where he is assigned to a motley crew of blue-collar workers that is assigned to the Vault of Villainy where he accidentally steals the ultimate weapon. Wood has also written the screenplay with David Ray and Jay D. Waxman. Aaron Gilbert (A Single Shot, Daydream Nation, Welcome to Me) and Luke Carroll (Escape from Planet Earth) are producing the project for Bron Studios.

Jackson, D.B. Sweeney, Harry Lennix and Steve Harris. Terence Blanchard (Malcolm X, Inside Man) has composed the film’s original score. Music from Amazon’s ‘The Man in the High Castle’ Released

Amazon Content Services has released several tracks from the soundtrack for the Amazon Studios original series The Man in the High Castle. Available to download now is the cover version of the Sound of Music song Edelweiss performed by Jeanette Olson as featured in the series. Click here to download the track. Also available digitally are four tracks from the show’s original score composed by Henry Jackman (Captain America: The Winter Soldier, X-Men: First Class, Big Hero 6) and Dominic Lewis (Free Birds, The DUFF): The Crown Prince’s Speech, Too Good For This World, Fate Is Fluid and A Grave Situation. The show’s original music is composed by David Shephard (Longmire). Linkin Park’s Mike Shinoda has written the drama’s title theme.
