Walt Disney Records will release a soundtrack album for the Disney+ animated shorts series Baymax! The album features the show’s original music composed by Dominic Lewis (The Man in the High Castle, Peter Rabbit, Bullet Train, The King’s Man, DuckTales, Monsters at Work, Money Monster). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, June 29 and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Baymax! is created by Don Hall based on his 2014 movie Big Hero 6 and features the voice talent of Scott Adsit, Ryan Potter, Maya Rudolph, Lilimar, Zeno Robinson, Emily Kuroda and Jaboukie Young-White.

Dominic Lewis Scoring Disney+’s ‘Baymax!’
Dominic Lewis (The Man in the High Castle, Peter Rabbit, The King’s Man, Money Monster, Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween) has composed the original music for the upcoming Disney+ animated shorts series Baymax!. The show is created by Don Hall (Raya and the Last Dragon, Winnie the Pooh) based on his 2014 feature Big Hero 6 (scored by Henry Jackman) and stars Scott Adsit as the voice of the title character, as well as Ryan Potter, Maya Rudolph, Lilimar, Emily Kuroda, Zeno Robinson and Jaboukie Young-White. The 6-part series is set in the fantastical city of San Fransokyo where the titular healthcare companion robot sets out to do what he was programmed to do: help others.

Already playing in theaters since this past Wednesday is the animated sequel Sing 2 written and directed by Garth Jennings and starring Matthew McConaughey, Reese Witherspoon, Scarlett Johansson, Taron Egerton, Bono, Tori Kelly, Nick Kroll, Bobby Cannavale, Halsey, Letitia Wright and Pharrell Williams. The film’s original score is composed by Joby Talbot (The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, Closed Circuit, Penelope). Back Lot Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s music earlier this week (click here for the full album details) and Republic Records has released a separate album featuring the songs from the movie (including original tracks by Sam I, Anitta, BIA & Jarina De Marco) last week (click here for more information).
Also playing in theaters since Wednesday is the sci-fi action sequel The Matrix Resurrections co-written and directed by Lana Wachowski and starring Keanu Reeves, Carrie-Anne Moss, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Neil Patrick Harris, Jessica Henwick, Jonathan Groff, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Jada Pinkett Smith. Johnny Klimek & Tom Tykwer (Cloud Atlas, Run Lola Run, The International, Perfume: The Story of a Murderer) have composed the film’s original music. WaterTower Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composers’ score, as well as eleven remixes last week. ‘The King’s Man’ Soundtrack Album Details
Hollywood Records will release the official soundtrack album for Matthew Vaugn’s Kingsman prequel The King’s Man. The album features the film’s original score composed by Matthew Margeson (Rocketman, Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children, Eddie the Eagle) and Dominic Lewis (Peter Rabbit, The Man in the High Castle, Money Monster). Parlaphone Records have released the original song Measure of a Man from Matthew Vaughn’s The King’s Man. The track is co-written and performed by FKA twigs (with Amanda Ghost, Jane Goldman, Jamie Hartman, John Hill, the film’s composers Dominic Lewis & Matthew Margeson and Vaughn himself) ft. Central Cee is now available to stream/download as a digital single (in two different versions) on Amazon and other digital music services. Listen to both versions after the jump. The King’s Man is co-written and directed by Vaughn and stars Ralph Fiennes, Gemma Arterton, Rhys Ifans, Tom Hollander, Matthew Goode, Harris Dickinson, Daniel Brühl, Djimon Hounsou and Charles Dance.
Dominic Lewis to Score David Leitch’s ‘Bullet Train’
Dominic Lewis (The Man in the High Castle, Peter Rabbit, Money Monster, Monsters at Work, Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween) has been hired to score the upcoming action thriller Bullet Train. The film is directed by David Leitch (Deadpool 2, John Wick, Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw) and stars Brad Pitt, Joey King, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Zazie Beetz, Sandra Bullock, Logan Lerman, Andrew Koji, Brian Tyree Henry, Bad Bunny, Masi Oka, Michael Shannon, Hiroyuki Sanada and Karen Fukuhara. The movie is based on the Japanese novel Maria Beetle by best-selling author Kotaro Isaka and follows five assassins who find themselves on a fast moving train in Japan and realize that their assignments have something in common.
‘Jolt’ Soundtrack Album Details
Millennium Media Records will release a soundtrack album for the action comedy Jolt. The album features the film’s original music composed by Dominic Lewis (The Man in the High Castle, The King’s Man, Peter Rabbit, DuckTales, Money Monster, Free Birds). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, July 23 and will be available on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon. Jolt is directed by Tanya Wexler and stars Kate Beckinsale, Bobby Cannavale, Laverne Cox, Stanley Tucci and Jai Courtney. The movie follows a bouncer with a slightly murderous anger-management problem that she controls with the help of an electrode-lined vest she uses to shock herself back to normalcy whenever she gets homicidal who goes on a revenge-fueled rampage to find the killer of her boyfriend after he is murdered.

Premiering in the U.S. today is the Australian comedy The End created by Samantha Strauss and starring Frances O’Connor, Harriet Walter, Noni Hazlehurst, Robyn Nevin, John Waters and Luke Arnold. Antony Partos (Animal Kingdom, The Rover, Mystery Road, 99 Homes, Fahrenheit 451, Jasper Jones) has composed the show’s original music. The series, which follows three generations of a family live with separate but intersecting obsessions, premiered last year in Australia on Showcase and is making its U.S. debut on Showtime. Walt Disney Records will release a soundtrack album for the Disney+ original series Monsters at Work. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Dominic Lewis (Peter Rabbit, The Man in the High Castle, DuckTales, My Spy, Money Monster, Free Birds, Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween). Also included are two songs performed by Billy Crystal who stars as the voice of Mike Wazowski. The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, July 9 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music outlets. Monsters at Work is developed by Bobs Gannaway based on Pixar’s feature Monsters, Inc. and also stars John Goodman, Ben Feldman, Mindy Kaling, Henry Winkler, Lucas Neff and Alanna Ubach.
