Notefornote Music has released a soundtrack album for the thriller The Drowning. The album features the film’s original music composed by Anton Sanko (Rabbit Hole, The Possession, Big Love, Ouija). The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. The Drowning is directed by Bette Gordon and stars Josh Charles, Julia Stiles, Avan Jogia, Tracie Thoms, John C. McGinley, Deborah Hedwall and Leo Fitzpatrick. The movie is based on the novel by Pat Barker and follows a psychologist who reopens old wounds and an old case after he rescues a drowning person whom he helped convict twelve years earlier.

Opening in most theaters is the action adventure King Arthur: Legend of the Sword directed by Guy Ritchie and starring Charlie Hunnam, Astrid Bergès-Frisbey, Djimon Hounsou, Aidan Gillen, Jude Law and Eric Bana. The film’s original music is composed by Daniel Pemberton (Steve Jobs, The Man from U.N.C.L.E., The Counselor, Gold). WaterTower Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score. Anton Sanko Scoring Michael Mayer’s ‘The Seagull’
Anton Sanko is composing the music for the upcoming drama The Seagull. The film is directed by Michael Mayer (A Home at the End of the World, Flicka) and stars Annette Bening, Saoirse Ronan, Corey Stoll, Elisabeth Moss, Brian Dennehy, Mare Winningham, Jon Tenney, Glenn Fleshler, Michael Zegen and Billy Howle. The movie is based on Anton Chekhov’s classic tragic story of eight people who fall in love with the wrong person. Stephen Karam (Speech & Debate) wrote the screenplay. Tom Hulce is producing the project with Leslie Urdang (Beginners, Adam) and Robert Salerno (21 Grams, Nocturnal Animals, A Single Man).

Guaranteed to top the weekend box office is the animated feature Finding Dory directed by Andrew Stanton and featuring the voices of Ellen DeGeneres, Albert Brooks, Ed O’Neill, Kaitlin Olson, Ty Burrell, Eugene Levy and Diane Keaton. The film’s original music is composed by Thomas Newman (American Beauty, The Shawshank Redemption, Skyfall) who previously scored Pixar’s original film Finding Nemo. Walt Disney Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score, as well as the end titles song Unforgettable performed by Sia. Anton Sanko Scoring ‘Big Bear’
Anton Sanko is composing the score for the upcoming dark comedy Big Bear. The film is written and directed by Joey Kern who also stars in the film alongside Pablo Schreiber, Adam Brody, Tyler Labine and Zachary Knighton. The movie follows a soon-to-be-married man dumped by his fiancee who reluctantly goes ahead with his bachelor party anyway. Brandon Evans & Patrick Rizzotti (Pride, The Collector) is producing the project with Kern and Luke Edwards. Sanko has previously scored the Evans- and Rizzotti-produced feature Bloodsucking Bastards.

Anton Sanko has been tapped to score the upcoming psychological thriller Border Crossing. The film is directed by Bette Gordon and stars Josh Charles, Julia Stiles, Avan Jogia, Tracie Thoms, Leo Fitzpatrick and John C McGinley. The movie is based on the novel by Pat Barker and follows a psychologist who reopens old wounds and an old case after he rescues a drowning person whom he helped convict twelve years earlier. Stephen Molton and Frank Pugliese have adapted the screenplay. Jamin O’Brien and Daniel L Blanc are producing the project with Radium Cheun.
‘The Devil’s Hand’ Soundtrack Released
Screamworks Records has released a soundtrack album for the horror thriller The Devil’s Hand. The album features the film’s original music composed by Anton Sanko (Rabbit Hole, The Possession, Ouija, Big Love). The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon. Audio samples are embedded after the jump. The Devil’s Hand is directed by Christian E. Christiansen and stars Alycia Debnam Carey, Rufus Sewell, Jennifer Carpenter, Adelaide Kane, Leah Pipes and Thomas McDonell. The movie centers on a small commune dealing with a prophecy that predicts the coming of the devil’s daughter and a sequence of murders that causes panic to spread through the community.

‘Jessabelle’ Soundtrack Details
Lionsgate Records will release a soundtrack album for the horror thriller Jessabelle. The album features the film’s original music composed by Anton Sanko (The Possession, Ouija, Big Love, Rabbit Hole). The soundtrack will be released digitally on November 4, 2014 and is now available for pre-order on iTunes, where you can also listen to audio clips. La-La Land Records has announced physical version, which is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Jessabelle is directed by Kevin Greutert and stars Sarah Snook, Mark Webber, David Andrews, Joelle Carter, Ana de la Reguera, Larisa Oleynik, Chris Ellis, Fran Bennett ands Amber Stevens. The movie follows young woman who returns to her childhood home to recover from a car accident, only to find herself face-to-face with a terrifying spirit that has been awaiting her.
