Premiering tonight is the HBO limited series Task created by Brad Inglesby and starring Mark Ruffalo, Tom Pelphrey, Emilia Jones, Thuso Mbedu, Jamie McShane, Sam Keeley, Raúl Castillo, Fabien Frankel, Alison Oliver, Silvia Dionicio, Phoebe Fox and Martha Plimpton. The show’s original music is composed by Dan Deacon (Venom: The Last Dance, Hustle, The Changeling, Rez Ball,Twixt, Strawberry Mansion, Ascension, Wedding Season). Premiering in the U.S. tomorrow, September 8, is the British TV series The Crow Girl developed by Milly Thomas based on Erik Axl Sund’s bestselling novel of the same title and starring Eve Myles, Katherine Kelly, Dougray Scott and Elliot Edusah. Adam Price (Apartment 7A, Curfew) has composed the show’s original music. Lorne Balfe serves as the project’s score producer. MovieScore Media has released a soundtrack album featuring Price’s score earlier this year when the crime thriller premiered in tbe UK on Paramount+.
