The album features the film’s original music composed by BC Smith (Adult World, The Mod Squad, Amateur, Beer League, Djinn, Amanda & Jack Go Glamping). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, August 13 and will be available to stream/download here. The Stairs is directed by Peter ‘Drago’ Tiemann and stars Adam Korson, John Schneider, Kathleen Quinlan, Brent Bailey and Stacey Oristan. The movie follows a group of hikers who -twenty years after the mysterious disappearance of an 11-year-old boy and his grandfather – find themselves along the same trail and are hunted by a sinister presence in the woods. ‘Respect’ Score Album to Be Released

Milan Records will release a score album for the biographical drama Respect. The album features the film’s original score composed by Kris Bowers (Green Book, Bridgerton, Dear White People, Mrs. America, Space Jam: A New Legacy, When They See Us). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, August 13 and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon. As previously reported, Epic Records will release a separate soundtrack featuring the songs from the movie on the same day. Seattle Surf and Republic Records will release a soundtrack album for the drama Flag Day. The album features the original songs from the movie by Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder, Academy Award winner Glen Hansard (Once) and Cat Power. The soundtrack will be released digitally next Friday, August 20 and is now available for pre-order here. The first track (My Father’s Daughter performed by Olivia Vedder and written by Eddie Vedder & Hansard) is featured in the movie’s trailer, which is embedded after the jump.
