Nima Fakharara (The Signal, Becky, The Pyramid, Alone, The Girl in the Photographs, Detroit: Become Human) has released a soundtrack album for the horror comedy thriller American Carnage. The album features the composer’s original score from the film and is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. American Carnage is directed by Diego Hallivis and stars Jorge Lendeborg Jr, Jenna Ortega, Bella Ortiz, Allen Maldonado and Eric Dane. The movie follows a group of young ICE detainees who are offered a chance to avoid deportation by joining a program to help the elderly, but soon realize something is horribly wrong with their elderly charges.

Weekly Film Music Roundup (July 15, 2022)
Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the mystery drama Where the Crawdads Sing directed by Olivia Newman and starring Daisy Edgar-Jones, Taylor John Smith, Harris Dickinson and David Strathairn. The film’s original music is composed by Mychael Danna (Life of Pi, Capote, Moneyball, Little Miss Sunshine, The Good Dinosaur, Onward). Mercury Classics has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score, as well as the original song Carolina written and performed by Taylor Swift today. Jackson. Bear McCreary (10 Cloverfield Lane, Godzilla: King of the Monsters, Outlander, The Walking Dead) has composed the film’s original score. Nima Fakhrara Scoring John Hyams’ ‘Sick’
Composer Nima Fakhrara (The Signal, Becky, The Girl in the Photographs, The Pyramid, Detroit: Become Human) is reuniting with director John Hyams (Black Summer, Universal Soldier: Regeneration) on the upcoming thriller Sick. The film starring Gideon Adlon, Jane Adams, Marc Menchaca, Dylan Sprayberry & Charla Bocchicchio takes place when the country locks down due to the pandemic and follows a college student and her best friend who decide to quarantine at the family lake house alone – or so they think. Kevin Williamson (Scream, Dawson’s Creek, I Know What You Did Last Summer) co-wrote the screenplay with Katelyn Crabb based on a story by himself.
