Milan Records has released the third soundtrack album featuring the original score from the first season of the Amazon original series The Wheel of Time. The Vol. 3 album featuring music composed by Lorne Balfe (Mission: Impossible – Fallout, Black Widow, The Lego Batman Movie, Bad Boys for Life, The Crown, His Dark Materials, Gemini Man) is now available to stream/download on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon. The first volume was released last month and the second volume dropped earlier this month. The label has also released The First Turn featuring Balfe’s principal themes from the series in November. Netflix announced today that Danny Elfman (Spider-Man, Batman, Alice in Wonderland, The Nightmare Before Christmas) and Chris Bacon (Source Code, Gnomeo & Juliet, Bates Motel) are set to compose the original music for the streamer’s upcoming original series Wednesday. Elfman is writing the theme and is collaborating with Bacon to score the show created by Al Gough & Miles Millar (Smallville, Shanghai Noon) based on the characters from The Addams Family and starring Jenna Ortega in the title role, Catherine Zeta-Jones as Morticia Addams and Luis Guzmán as Gomez Addams. The track list of the new soundtrack album for the Netflix original series The Witcher has been revealed. The album features selections of the original score from the show’s second season composed by Joseph Trapanese (Shadow and Bone, Oblivion, Straight Outta Compton, Lady and the Tramp, The Greatest Showman, Project Power). Also included are three additional vocal tracks performed by actor Joey Batey who plays the role of Jaskier in the series.
