Back Lot Music will release a score album for Illumination Entertainment’s animated feature Sing. The album features the film’s original score composed by Joby Talbot (The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, Penelope, Closed Circuit, Son of Rambow). The soundtrack will be released on December 16, 2016 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. As previously reported, Republic Records will release a separate soundtrack featuring the songs from the movie in two different editions. Sing directed by Garth Jennings and featuring the voices of Matthew McConaughey, Reese Witherspoon, Scarlett Johansson, Seth MacFarlane,Taron Egerton, John C. Reilly, Tori Kelly, Nick Kroll, Peter Serafinowicz and Jennifer Saunders will be released in theaters nationwide on December 21, 2016 by Universal Pictures.
