Composer Mark Kilian (Tsotsi, Pitch Perfect, Eye in the Sky, Traitor, Rendition, The Ward, Official Secrets) is reuniting with director John Pogue (The Quiet Ones) on the upcoming action thriller Eraser: Reborn. The film is a reboot of Chuck Russell’s 1996 feature Eraser (scored by Alan Silvestri) and stars Dominic Sherwood, Jacky Lai, McKinley Belcher III and Eddie Ramos. The movie follows a U.S. Marshal who specializes in engineering the fake deaths of witnesses that need to leave no trace of their existence. Rob Lewis has released a soundtrack album for the Hulu original documentary Dead Asleep. The film’s original music is composed by Brian Tyler (Fast & Furious, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Iron Man 3, Crazy Rich Asians, Yellowstone, Now You See Me, Thor: The Dark World). Varese Sarabande has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score last Friday. The film is directed by Rory Kennedy (Take Every Wave: The Life of Laird Hamilton, Ethel) and centers on the investigation into the crashes of Lion Air Flight 610 and Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302 after two Boeing 737 MAX jets crash less than five months apart in 2018/2019.
