Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the action comedy Nobody 2 directed by Timo Tjahjanto and starring Bob Odenkirk, Connie Nielsen, John Ortiz, Sharon Stone, RZA, Christopher Lloyd and Colin Hanks. The film’s original music is composed by Dominic Lewis (Bullet Train, The Man in the High Castle, The Fall Guy, Peter Rabbit, Karate Kid: Legends, Your Friends & Neighbors, Money Monster, Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween, Dope Thief, Violent Night). Back Lot Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score, as well as songs performed by José James, Des Rocs & Lewis himself today. Opening semi-wide in a couple of hundred theaters is the crime thriller Americana written and directed by Tony Tost and stars Sydney Sweeney, Paul Walter Hauser, Halsey, Eric Dane, Zahn McClarnon, Simon Rex, Toby Huss, Gavin Maddox Bergman, Derek Hinkey and Harriet Sansom Harris. David Fleming (Superman, The Last of Us, Damsel, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Hillbilly Elegy, Blue Planet II, The Unforgivable) has composed the film’s original score. A soundtrack album is expected to be released in the coming weeks by Lakeshore Records.
