Firestep has released a soundtrack album for the French musical comedy Tenor. The album features the film’s original score composed by Laurent Perez Del Mar (The Red Turtle, I Kill Giants, The Mystery of Henri Pick, My Son, Zarafa, The Kitchen Brigade). Also included are the songs from the movie performed by beatboxing world champion and lead actor MB14. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out the track list and listen to audio samples. The Scottish post-rock band Mogwai is composing the original music for the upcoming Apple TV+ limited series Black Bird. The show is developed by Dennis Lehane (Shutter Island, The Outsider) based on the true crime memoir In with the Devil: A Fallen Hero, a Serial Killer, and a Dangerous Bargain for Redemption by James Keene & Hillel Levin and stars Taron Egerton, Paul Walter Hauser, Sepideh Moafi, Greg Kinnear and Ray Liotta. The 6-part thriller follows a high school football hero who is sentenced to 10 years in a minimum security prison and given the choice of a lifetime — enter a maximum-security prison for the criminally insane and befriend a suspected serial killer or stay where he is and serve his full sentence with no possibility of parole. ‘Pleasure’ Soundtrack Album Details

Milan Records has announced the worldwide release of the soundtrack album for the drama Pleasure. The album features the film’s original score composed by Karl Frid (Wild Nights with Emily, Crimes of Passion: Death of a Loved One, Alena, Citizen Schein). The soundtrack, which has already been available in several international territories since last fall, will be released in the U.S. and other markets next Friday, May 13 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Two first tracks (Confutatis and Hard to the Core) are available to stream/download now and can be checked out after the jump. Pleasure is written and directed by Ninja Thyberg and stars Sofia Kappel, Revika Anne Reustle, Chris Cock, Evelyn Claire, Dana Dearmond and Kendra Spade. Opening in theaters nationwide this week is Marvel Studios’ Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness directed by Sam Raimi and starring Benedict Cumberbatch, Elizabeth Olsen, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Xochitl Gomez, Michael Stühlbarg, Benedict Wong and Rachel McAdams. The film’s original music composed by Danny Elfman (Spider-Man, Batman, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Edward Scissorhands, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Alice in Wonderland). Hollywood Records & Marvel Music have released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score earlier this week. The film is directed by Karen Maine and stars Kaitlyn Dever, Kyle Allen, Isabela Merced, Minnie Driver, Christopher McDonald and Bradley Whitford. The movie is based on Rebecca Serle’s 2010 novel When You Were Mine. The movie is being described as a comedic retelling of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, told from the perspective of Juliet’s cousin, Rosaline, who happens to be Romeo’s ex. The track, entitled Vegas, produced by Yeti Beats & Rogét Chahayed and featuring a sample of Hound Dog written by Jerry Leiber & Mike Stoller (and later covered by Elvis Presley) is co-written and performed by Doja Cat and is now available to stream/download on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon.
