Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the Netflix anthology series Guillermo del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities. The album features selections of the original score from the eight episodes of the show composed by Tim Davies (Maya and the Three, Trollhunters), Jeff Danna (The Addams Family, The Good Dinosaur), Christopher Young (Spider-Man 3, Hellraiser), Daniele Luppi (I Am Groot, Magic City), Michael Yezerski (The Tax Collector, Blindspotting), Anne Chmelewsky (Where Hands Touch, Derek), Daniel Lopatin (Good Time, Uncut Gems) and Jed Kurzel (Alien: Covenant, The Snowtown Murders). Also included is the main title and prologue music composed by Holly Amber Church (Open 24 Hours, Ruin Me), as well as Gaby Moreno’s rendition of Lydia Mendoza’s Mal Hombre. The full details of the first soundtrack album for Lucasfilm’s Disney+ original series Andor have been revealed. The album features the original music from the show’s first four episodes composed by Emmy Award winner and Academy Award nominee Nicholas Britell (SuccessionMoonlight, Cruella, If Beale Street Could Talk, Don’t Look Up, The Underground Railroad, Vice). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, October 21 by Walt Disney Records and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. A second volume is set to come out on November 4 and a third volume is scheduled to be released on December 2. The album features original songs from the show’s first season written by Emmy Award-nominated singer/songwriter Ingrid Michaelson (who serves as the project’s executive music producer). The soundtrack will be released digitally on November 4 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Michaelson’s theme song (Wonder of Slumberkins) is already available to stream/download now and can also be checked out below.
