Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the superhero movie Black Panther: Wakanda Forever directed by Ryan Coogler and starring Letitia Wright, Lupita Nyong’o, Angela Bassett, Florence Kasumba, Winston Duke and Michaela Coel. The film’s original score is composed by Ludwig Göransson (The Mandalorian, Creed, Tenet, Community, Turning Red). Hollywood Records & Marvel Music have released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score today (click here for the full album details) and a separate soundtrack featuring the songs from and inspired by the movie was released last Friday by Hollywood & Roc Nation Records & Def Jam Recordings (click here for more information).
Opening in select theaters today is the coming-of-age drama The Fabelmans directed by Steven Spielberg and starring Michelle Williams, Paul Dano, Gabriel LaBelle, Seth Rogen, Julia Butters, Robin Bartlett, Jeannie Berlin, Keeley Karsten and Judd Hirsch. John Williams (Star Wars, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Jurassic Park, Jaws, E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial, Schindler’s List) has composed the film’s original music. Sony Classical has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score, as well as several classical pieces today.
