Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the fantasy adventure Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves directed by John Francis Daley & Jonathan Goldstein and starring Chris Pine, Michelle Rodriguez, Regé-Jean Page, Sophia Lillis, Hugh Grant, Justice Smith and Chloe Coleman. The film’s original score is composed by Lorne Balfe (Mission: Impossible – Fallout, Top Gun: Maverick, Black Widow, His Dark Materials, Black Adam). Mercury Classics has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score today (click here for the full details) and Fiction Records has released Tame Impala’s end credits song Wings of Time earlier this month (click here to listen to the track).
Opening semi-wide in around 900 theaters this week is the drama A Thousand and One written and directed by A.V. Rockwell and starring Teyana Taylor, Will Catlett, Josiah Cross Aven Courtney and Aaron Kingsley Adetola. Gary Gunn (David Makes Man, Master of Light, Maggie Black). has composed the film’s original music. Back Lot Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score today.
