Audio clips from all tracks of the soundtrack album for Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel have surfaced. As previously reported, WaterTower Music will release a regular and a deluxe edition featuring the film’s original music composed by Hans Zimmer. The regular edition featuring 18 tracks on 2 CDs is now available for pre-order on Amazon and a limited deluxe edition featuring additional tracks plus access to behind-the-scenes footage can be pre-ordered here. Valley Entertainment will release a soundtrack album for BBC America’s drama Copper. The album features selections from the show’s original score written by Emmy Award-winning composer Brian Keane (The Curse of the Bambino). The soundtrack will be released on May 28, 2013 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Audio clips are available after the jump. Copper is created by Tom Fontana & Will Rokos and stars Tom Weston-Jones, Kyle Schmid, Anastasia Griffith, Franka Potente and Ato Essandoh. The series about an Irish immigrant cop who patrols the Five Points neighborhood during the American Civil War in 1860s New York City premiered last summer. Christopher Lennertz has been hired to score the upcoming action comedy Ride Along. The film is directed by Tim Story (Fantastic Four, Barbershop) and stars Kevin Hart, Ice Cube, John Leguizamo, Bruce McGill, Laurence Fishburne, Tika Sumpter, Bryan Callen and Jay Pharoah. The movie centers around a high school security guard and aspiring police officer who must survive a nightmarish 24-hour patrol “ride along” with his fiancee’s cop brother who disapproves of the marriage. Ice Cube and Matt Alvarez (Are We There Yet?) are producing the project for CubeVision, alongside Will Packer (Obsessed, Stomp the Yard) for Rainforest Films and Larry Brezner (Arthur, The ‘Burbs). Pathé Production has released a soundtrack album for the French romantic comedy It Happened in St. Tropez (Des gens qui s’embrassent). The album features the film’s original score written by Academy Award-winning composer Stephen Warbeck (Shakespeare in Love, Quills). Also included are several other songs and classical pieces featured in the movie, including Frank Sinatra’s It Happened in Monterey. The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon. Premiering on Wednesday, May 1, is the new comedy Family Tools created by Bobby Bowman (Raising Hope, My Name Is Earl) based on the British sitcom White Van Man and starring Kyle Bornheimer, J. K. Simmons, Johnny Pemberton, Edi Gathegi, Leah Remini and Danielle Nicolet. tomandandy (Resident Evil: Afterlife, The Mothman Prophecies) have composed the show’s score and Matt Mariano (Raising Hope) has also contributed music for the show. Bowman is executive producing the ABC Studios production with Joshua Sternin & J.R. Ventimilia (That ‘70s Show, Rio) and Mark Gordon (Grey’s Anatomy, Criminal Minds). More details for the soundtrack albums for Zack Snyder’s Superman reboot Man of Steel have been revealed. As previously reported, two different albums featuring the film’s music composed by Hans Zimmer will be released. Both the regular and and deluxe edition are 2-disc sets and feature the 28 minute long track Man of Steel (Hans Original Sketchbook), which is performed solely by Zimmer and allows listeners to experience his initial experiments with the film’s music, which ultimately lay the foundation for the film’s final score. The deluxe edition will be housed in embossed steel case and allows users to access multiple videos showing a behind-the-scenes look at the creation of the music. WaterTower Music also released more details about the score, for which a drum orchestra was brought that features such musicians as John JR Robinson, Jason Bonham, Josh Freese, Pharrell Williams, Danny Carey, Satnam Ramgotra, Toss Panos, Jim Keltner, Curt Bisquera, Trevor Lawrence Jr., Matt Chamberlain, Ryeland Allison, Bernie Dresel, Vinnie Colaiuta and Sheila E. Herbert Grönemeyer is reteaming with director Anton Corbijn on the upcoming thriller A Most Wanted Man. The film is based on John le Carré’s bestselling 2008 novel of the same title and stars Philip Seymour Hoffman, Rachel McAdams, Willem Dafoe, Robin Wright, Grigory Dobrygin, Derya Alabora, Nina Hoss, Daniel Brühl and Franz Hartwig. The movie center around a Chechnian Muslim who illegally immigrates to Hamburg, Germany, where he gets caught up in the international war on terror. Australian writer Andrew Bovell (Lantana) has adapted the material for the screen. ‘Scary Movie 5’ Score Album Details Announced

Lakeshore Records has announced the details of the score album for the horror spoof sequel Scary Movie 5. The album features the film’s original score composed by James L. Venable (Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, Zack and Miri Make a Porno) who previously scored the third and fourth part in the series. The soundtrack will be released digitally on May 14, 2013. Audio clips will be added to this article within the next few weeks. As previously reported, the label also released a soundtrack featuring the songs from the movie. Scary Movie 5 is directed by Malcolm Lee and stars Ashley Tisdale, Simon Rex, Erica Ash, J.P. Manoux, Molly Shannon, Terry Crews, Heather Locklear, Charlie Sheen, Lindsay Lohan and Chris Elliott. Daniel Pemberton Scoring Ridley Scott’s ‘The Counselor’

Daniel Pemberton has recently recorded his score for Ridley Scott’s upcoming thriller The Counselor. The film starring Michael Fassbender, Brad Pitt, Cameron Diaz, Javier Bardem, Penelope Cruz, Rosie Perez and Dean Norris follows a lawyer who finds himself in over his head when he gets involved in drug trafficking. Novelist Cormac McCarthy (No Country for Old Men, The Road) wrote the screenplay. Scott is also producing the Scott Free and Chockstone Pictures production with Nick Wechsler (Magic Mike, We Own the Night) and Steve Schwartz & Paula Mae Schwartz (Killing Them Softly, The Road).
