John Powell confirmed in a recent interview with Omar Crook on the Living with a Genius podcast that he is reteaming with director Carlos Saldanha on the upcoming animated feature Ferdinand. The movie is based on the the children’s book The Story of Ferdinand by Munro Leaf & Robert Lawson and revolves around a bull who doesn’t want to fight in the bullfighting arena like so many of his brethren but instead just wants to smell the flowers. Rupert Gregson-Williams is set to compose the music for the upcoming thriller Terminal. The film is written and directed by Vaughn Stein and stars Margot Robbie, Simon Pegg, Max Irons, Mike Myers and Dexter Fletcher. The movie follows two hit men who embark on a borderline suicide mission for a mysterious employer and a high paycheck and come across a dynamic woman who may be more involved in the crime than they had originally suspected.
