Parlaphone Records will release a soundtrack album for the boxing drama Jawbone. The album features the film’s original music composed by British singer/songwriter Paul Weller who is best known as the former frontman of the bands The Jam and The Style Council. The soundtrack will be released on March 3, 2017 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. One track from the soundtrack is already available to download now. Jawbone is directed by Thomas Napper and stars Johnny Harris, Ray Winstone, Michael Smiley and Ian McShane. The details of the soundtrack album for the drama The Shack have been revealed. The album features songs from and inspired by the film by artists including Tim McGraw & Faith Hill (who contributed the original track Keep Your Eyes on Me), Kelly Clarkson & Aloe Blacc, Lady Antebellum, Lecrae, Hillsong United, Dierks Bentley, for KING & COUNTRY, We Are Messengers, NEEDTOBREATHE and Brett Eldredge. The soundtrack will be released on February 24, 2017 by Atlantic Records. The Shack is directed by Stuart Hazeldine and stars Sam Worthington, Octavia Spencer, Radha Mitchell, Graham Greene and Aviv Alush. Josh Groban Records Original Song ‘Evermore’ for ‘Beauty and the Beast’

Walt Disney Records announced today that Josh Groban has recorded the original Evermore for Disney’s upcoming live action adaptation of Beauty and the Beast. The song, which is performed in the movie by the Beast (Dan Stevens) after he releases Belle (Emma Watson) to be with her father, is written by Academy Award winners Alan Menken (The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, Enchanted) and lyricist Tim Rice (The Lion King, Evita). The version performed by Groban appears in the movie’s end credits. As previously reported, Celine Dion has also recorded an original song written by the songwriters. All songs from the movie, as well as Menken’s original score will be included on the soundtrack album, which will be released on March 10, 2017 and is now available for pre-order here (regular edition) and here (deluxe edition). ‘Gold’ Score Album to Be Released

BMG will release the official score album for the adventure drama Gold. The album features the film’s original music composed by Daniel Pemberton (Steve Jobs, The Man from U.N.C.L.E., King Arthur, The Counselor). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, January 27. The download link will be added to this article within the next day. As reported earlier this week, Varese Sarabande will release a separate soundtrack featuring the songs from the movie, including the original track Gold co-written by Pemberton and performed by Iggy Pop. This week, Rael Jones has recorded his score for the upcoming romantic drama My Cousin Rachel. The film is directed by Roger Michell (Notting Hill, Changing Lanes, Morning Glory) and stars Rachel Weisz, Sam Claflin, Holliday Grainger and Iain Glen. The movie is based on the 1951 novel by Daphne Du Maurier and tells the story of a young Englishman who plots revenge against his mysterious, beautiful cousin, believing that she murdered his guardian.
