Keegan DeWitt is set to compose the original score for the upcoming drama Love & Oatmeal. The film is directed by Peter Sattler (Camp X-Ray) and stars Ben Platt, Lola Kirke, Yvette Nicole Brown and Alphonso McAuley. The movie follows a twenty-something aspiring writer who, in the wake of his father’s sudden death, sees his dream of moving to Paris put in jeopardy when he is forced to temporarily take in his mentally ill sister. BBC announced today that Segun Akinola is the new composer of the BBC drama Doctor Who. He is scoring the 11th season of the show, which stars Jodie Whitaker, Bradley Walsh, Tosin Cole and Mandip Gill. Chris Chibnall (Broadchurch) serves as the project’s head writer and is also executive producing the project with Matt Strevens and Sam Hoyle.
