Danny Lux is scoring the upcoming NBC drama Manifest. The show is created by Jeff Rake (The Mysteries of Laura) and stars Melissa Roxburgh, Josh Dallas, Athena Karkanis, J. R. Ramirez, Parveen Kaur and Luna Blaise. The series centers on a group of people on a plane who survive a turbulent flight only to discover that the world has progressed five years during the period they were in the air. Rake is also executive producing the Warner Bros. ‘Into the Badlands’ Season 2 Soundtrack Details

Varese Sarabande will release a new soundtrack album for the AMC original series Into the Badlands. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s second season composed by Trevor Yuile (Orphan Black, Killjoys, Being Erica). Also included are songs by Zola Jesus and Rag N’ Bone Man, as well as the main title theme by Warrior Blade. The soundtrack will be released digitally and physically on August 10, 2018 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The label has previously released a soundtrack album featuring David Shephard’s music from the series’ first season. Intrada Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1999 action adventure The Mummy directed by Stephen Sommers and starring Brendan Fraser, Rachel Weisz, John Hannah and Arnold Vosloo. The album features the expanded original music from the Universal Pictures production composed and conducted by Jerry Goldsmith (The Omen, Star Trek: The Motion Picture, Planet of the Apes, Patton, Basic Instinct), including over half an hour of previously unreleased music, plus alternate tracks. Premiering tomorrow, July 16, is the HBO documentary Robin Williams: Come Inside My Mind directed by Marina Zenovich about the extraordinary life and career of one of the world’s most beloved and inventive comedians. The film’s original music is composed by Adam Dorn (Kickboxer: Vengeance & Retaliation, Nobodies). The documentary premiered at this year’s Sundance Film Festival and is premiering on HBO following a limited theatrical release this past weekend. Premiering on Thursday, July 19, is the horror comedy Office Uprising directed by Lin Oeding and starring Brenton Thwaites, Jane Levy, Karan Soni, Zachary Levi and Alan Ritchson. The movie tells the the story of an underachiever working at a major weapons manufacturing firm who finds that his co-workers have been “weaponized” by a new energy drink designed for the military.
