Hollywood Records has released cover version of The Cure’s Pictures of You featured in the seventh episode of the Hulu original series Little Fires Everywhere. The song (co-written by Boris Williams, Simon Gallup, Roger O’Donnell, Robert Smith, Porl Thompson and Lol Tolhurst) is performed by Lauren Ruth Ward and produced by the show’s composers Mark Isham Isabella Summers. Bobby Krlic (aka The Haxan Cloak) (Midsommar, Triple 9, Shooter) and James Kelly have composed the original music for the Quibi original series The Stranger. The show is written and directed by Veena Sud (The Killing, The Lie) and stars Maika Monroe, Dane DeHaan and Avan Jogia. The thriller follows an unassuming young rideshare driver is thrown into her worst nightmare when a mysterious Hollywood Hills passenger enters her car. The movie is directed by Michael Scott and stars Camila Mendes, Jessie T. Usher, Jamie Chung, Cam Gigandet, Sasha Alexander and Elliott Gould. The thriller revolves around a broke caregiver who unexpectedly inherits her patient’s estate, but dark secrets swirl around her newfound wealth, tangling her in deceit and danger. Zarathustra Music has announced the digital release of Michael Collins – Live from Dublin. The EP features the first live performance of the music from the 1996 film composed by Academy Award winner Elliot Goldenthal (Frida, Heat, Alien 3, Interview with the Vampire, Batman Forever, S.W.A.T.) performed by the RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra, New Dublin Voices, Mick O’Brien, and conductor Ernst van Tiel. Cypress Hill member/percussionist Eric Bobo has made his feature film scoring debut on the new Netflix documentary LA Originals. The film is directed by Estevan Oriol and explores the culture and landmarks of the chicano and street art movement that cemented the director’s and photographer Estevan Oriol’s status as behind-the-scenes hip hop legends. The movie feature interviews with Snoop Dogg, Kobe Bryant, Eminem, Dr. Dre, 50 Cent, Pharrell,  Blink-182, Michelle Rodriguez, Cypress Hill, Wilmer Valderrama, George Lopez, among others. The album features the film’s original music composed by Joshua Mosley (Bernie the Dolphin, Rock Steady Row) and Matt Hutchinson (Tainted Love). Tuscaloosa is co-written and directed by Philip Harder and stars Devon Bostick, Natalia Dyer, Marchånt Davis, Tate Donovan, YG, Ella Rae Peck and Birgundi Baker.
