Rupert Gregson-Williams (Aquaman, Wonder Woman, Hacksaw Ridge, The Crown, The Legend of Tarzan) has recently been scoring the upcoming comedy drama Fatherhood. The film is directed by Paul Weitz (American Pie, About a Boy) and stars Kevin Hart, Alfre Woodard, Lil Rel Howery, Anthony Carrigan, Deborah Ayorinde, Melody Hurd, Paul Reiser and DeWanda Wise. The movie is based on Matthew Logelin’s memoir Two Kisses for Maddy and centers on a dad who is forced to raise a child on his own and finds himself wholly unprepared for the challenge. Earth Libraries has released a soundtrack album for the documentary Bloody Nose, Empty Pockets. The album features the film’s original score composed by Casey Wayne McAllister (Ghostbox Cowboy, Tchoupitoulas). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and other digital music stores. Bloody Nose, Empty Pockets is directed by Bill Ross & Turner Ross (Western) and centers on the beloved Las Vegas dive bar known as the Roaring 20s and its regulars, a cross section of American life. Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the horror comedy Porno. The album features the film’s original music composed by Carla Patullo (Lotte that Silhouette Girl, Spa Night). The soundtrack will be released digitally on September 11, 2020 and will be available for pre-order here this coming Friday. Porno is directed by Keola Racela and stars Evan Daves, Larry Saperstein, Jillian Mueller, Glenn Stott and Robbie Tann. The movie follows four repressed teens and a projectionist working at a small-town movie theater who discover a secret room filled with vintage exploitation films and unleash a demon who attempts to seduce each of them and steal their souls. The show is created by Hannah Fidell (6 Years) based on her 2013 feature of the same title (scored by Brian McOmber) and stars Kate Mara and Nick Robinson. The drama examines the complexities and consequences of an illegal relationship between a female teacher and her male high school student. Fidell and Mara are also executive producing the project with Danny Brocklehurst (Safe, The Stranger), Michael Costigan (Stoker, Cyrus) and Jason Bateman (Ozark, The Outsider). The film is directed by Nicole Garcia and stars Pierre Niney, Stacy Martin and Benoît Magimel. The movie follows a woman who, while on vacation on an island in the Indian Ocean with her husband, rekindles a passionate affair with her ex-boyfriend. The show is developed by Ben Harris (Devils) based on Henning Mankell’s best-selling Kurt Wallander novels and stars Adam Pålsson, Richard Dillane, Leanne Best, Yasen Atour, Charles Mnene, Jacob Collins-Levy, Alan Emrys and Kiza Deen. Walt Disney Records has released the new version of the song Reflection from Disney’s live-action film adaptation of Mulan. The track, which was originally written by David Zippel and Matthew Wilder for the 1998 animated classic, is produced by the movie’s composer Harry Gregson-Williams and performed by Christina Aguilera.
