‘Greenleaf’ Season 5 Soundtrack EP Released

Lionsgate Records has released a new soundtrack EP for the OWN original series Greenleaf. The 3-track EP features the songs What a Mighty God We Serve performed by Deborah Joy Winans, If I Can Help Somebody by Winans, Lamman Rucker, Desiree Ross & Merle Dandridge, as well as Goin’ Up Yonder by Tramaine Hawkins from the show’s fifth and final season. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here. Listen to all three songs after the jump. The label has previously released a full soundtrack album featuring the songs from Season 3 and RCA Inspiration/Malaco Records have released two soundtrack albums featuring the music from Season 1 & 2. Danny Bensi & Saunder Jurriaans (Ozark, The Outsider, Boy ErasedThe GiftEnemy, Martha Marcy May Marlene) have been tapped to score the upcoming Netflix original film The White Tiger. The movie is written and directed by Ramin Bahrani (99 Homes, At Any Price) and stars Adarsh Gourav, Rajkummar Rao and Priyanka Chopra Jonas. The drama is based on Arvind Adiga’s Man Booker Prize-winning novel by the same title and follows the extraordinary journey of a self-made man from tea-shop worker in a village to successful entrepreneur in a big city. The album features the songs from the movie by the indie band Some Velvet Morning, as well as Karina Ramage, Stephanie Fraser, Wayne Fullwood and Nina Humphreys. ‘G-LOC’ Soundtrack Released

MovieScore Media has released a soundtrack album for the sci-fi adventure G-LOC. The album features the film’s original music composed by Max Sweiry (Black Ops, Black Site, Dark Beacon). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here. G-LOC is written and directed by Tom Paton and stars Stephen Moyer, Casper Van Dien, John Rhys-Davies, Tala Gouveia, Toby Osmond and Shayne Ward. The movie follows a runaway escaping to a hostile planet must who battle a savage female warrior to survive. The film is being released on VOD, Digital and DVD today by Lionsgate. WaterTower Music will release the first soundtrack album for the TBS/Adult Swim animated series Final Space. The album features  the original music from the show’s first season composed by Shelby Merry, Jake Sidwell and Andrew Goodwin. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, August 11 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and other digital music services. 1812 Recordings will release a soundtrack album for the Netflix original documentary Rising Phoenix. The album features the film’s original score composed by Golden Globe and Emmy Award nominee Daniel Pemberton (Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Steve Jobs, The Man from U.N.C.L.E., Birds of Prey, Ocean’s 8). Also included is the original title song by Pemberton feat. Toni Hickman, Georgetragic and Keith Jones (to be released as a digital single on August 20). The full soundtrack will be released digitally on August 26, 2020 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The show is developed by Gillian Flynn (Gone Girl, Sharp Objects) based on Dennis Kelly’s Channel 4 series and stars Sasha Lane, Rainn Wilson, Dan Byrd, Javon Walton, Cory Michael Smith, Ashleigh LaThrop, Desmin Borges, Jessica Rothe, Farrah Mackenzie, Christopher Denham, Jeanine Serralle and John Cusack. Flynn and Kelly are also executive producing the Amazon Studios and Jessica Rhoades. follows a group of young adults who meet online that are mercilessly hunted by a shadowy deep state organization after they come into possession of a near-mythical cult underground graphic novel. Premiering in the U.S. tonight is the British series We Hunt Together written by Gaby Hull and starring Babou Ceesay, Hermione Corfield, Eve Myles, Dipo Ola, Kamara Abraham and Freya Durkan. The show’s original music is composed by Jon Opstad (Black Mirror: White Bear & White Christmas, Silent Witness, The Woman in White). The 6-parter follows two detectives as they try to outsmart a pair of killers, one a former child soldier and the other a magnetic and disarmingly charming free spirit.
