The 8-parter follows the Navy SEAL Team Six, whose 2014 mission to eliminate a Taliban leader in Afghanistan goes awry when they uncover a U.S. citizen working as a jihadist fighter with the terrorists.

‘Supergirl’ Season 1 Soundtrack Details
La-La Land Records has announced the details of the first soundtrack album for the superhero series Supergirl. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s first season composed by Blake Neely (The Flash, Arrow, Legends of Tomorrow, Blindspot, The Pacific). The soundtrack will be released later this month and will be available as a limited edition CD on the label’s official website. WaterTower Music will release a digital version on August 22. Supergirl is developed by Greg Berlanti, Ali Adler & Sarah Schechter based on the DC Comic characters and stars Melissa Benoist, Calista Flockhart, Mehcad Brooks, David Harewood and Chyler Leigh. The show centers on Kara Zor-El ,Superman’s cousin, who escaped from on the planet Krypton and was taken in by a foster family on Earth who taught her to be careful with her extraordinary powers.

The show’s original music is composed by Jeff Russo (Fargo, Power, CSI: Cyber, About Cherry). The drama centers around an ambulance-chasing New York City attorney who gets in over his head when he takes on the case of a Pakistani man accused of murdering a girl on the Upper West Side. Toby Chu to Score The CW’s ‘Frequency’
Toby Chu has been hired to score the upcoming CW drama Frequency. The show is created by Jeremy Carver (Supernatural, Being Human) and stars Peyton List, Riley Smith, Devin Kelley, Mekhi Phifer, Anthony Ruivivar, Lenny Jacobson and Daniel Bonjour. The movie is inspired by the 2000 feature of the same title starring Dennis Quaid and follows a police detective who discovers that she is able to speak via a ham radio with her estranged father, a detective who died in 20 years ago. Carver is also executive producing the Warner Bros. Television production with Toby Emmerich (The Notebook), John Rickard (Horrible Bosses 2, How to Be Single), Dan Lin (The Lego Movie, Sherlock Holmes) and Jennifer Gwartz (Veronica Mars).
Marcelo Zarvos to Score TNT’s ‘Civil’
Marcelo Zarvos has signed on to score the pilot of the upcoming TNT original series Civil. The show is created by Scott Smith (A Simple Plan, The Ruins) and stars Bradley Whitford, Courtney B. Vance, Toby Jones, Brian d’Arcy James, Eliza Coupe and Enrique Murciano. The drama takes place in the wake of a hotly contested Presidential election, as America finds itself plunging uncontrollably into a modern day Civil War. Smith is also executive producing the MGM Television production with Lloyd Braun (Alphas, The Cape) and Thomas Kelly (Copper, The Get Down). Allen Coulter is directing the pilot.
Madison Gate Records to Release ‘Outlander’ Season 2 Soundtrack
Madison Gate Records will release a new soundtrack album for the Starz original series Outlander. The album features selections of the music from the show’s second season composed by Bear McCreary (10 Cloverfield Lane, Battlestar Galactica, The Walking Dead, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., The Boy) who received an Emmy Award nomination for his work on the drama last year. The soundtrack will be released physically on October 28, 2016 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Check back on this page for the full album details. The label has previously released two soundtracks featuring McCreary’s music from the first season. Outlander is created by Ronald D. Moore based on the books by Diana Gabaldon and stars Caitrona Balfe, Sam Heughan, Tobias Menzies, Graham McTavish, Gary Lewis, Duncan Lacroix, Annette Badland and Stephen Walters.
Dominik Scherrer to Score Amazon’s ‘The Collection’
Dominik Scherrer has been tapped to score the Amazon original series The Collection. The show is created Oliver Goldstick (Pretty Little Liars) and stars Richard Coyle, Tom Riley, Frances de la Tour, Mamie Gummer, Max Deacon, Irène Jacob, Michael Kitchen and James Cosmo. The drama is set after World War II and centers around an illustrious Paris fashion house, emerging from the dark days of the Occupation, now ushering in a new golden age of design and business. Goldstick is also executive producing the Lookout Point and Artis Pictures production with Anne Thomopoulos (Rome, Camelot), Kate Croft, Pascal Breton, Simon Vaughan (War And Peace, Parade’s End), Médéric Albouy and Toma de Matteis.

Premiering in the U.S. tonight is the BBC natural history documentary The Hunt executive produced by Alastair Fothergill, produced by Huw Cordey and narrated Sir David Attenborough. The show’s original music is composed by Steven Price (Gravity, Suicide Squad, Fury, Attack the Block, At World’s End) who received the BAFTA TV Craft Award for his work on the series earlier this year. Silva Screen Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score overseas last year. The domestic album release is set for July 8. Go90’s ‘T@gged’ to Feature Music by Frederik Wiedmann
Frederik Wiedmann has recently scored the upcoming short-form series T@gged. The 11-parter is created and directed by Hannah MacPherson and stars Lia Marie Johnson, Lulu Antariksa, Katelyn Nacon, JC Caylen, Tristin Mays, Timothy Granaderos, Brendan Meyer, Nick Fink, Lukas Gage, Kurt Caceres and Claudia Sulewski. The psychological thriller follows three teenage girls who try to figure out who “tagged” their social-media profiles to a horrific murder online, before the killer finds them. MacPherson is also executive producing the AwesomenessTV production with Brian Robbins (Smallville, Coach Carter, Wild Hogs, Radio) and Shauna Phelan (The Royals).
Reinhold Heil to Score Epix’s ‘Berlin Station’
Reinhold Heil is currently scoring the upcoming Epix original series Berlin Station. The show is created by Olen Steinhauer and stars Richard Armitage, Michelle Forbes, Richard Jenkins, Rhys Ifans, Tamlyn Tomita, Leland Orser, Richard Dillane and Bernhard Schütz. The movie follows a CIA officer who arrives at the CIA foreign station in Berlin, Germany to determine the identity of a now-famous whistleblower.
