Milan Records will release a soundtrack album for the Apple TV+ original series The Afterparty. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Daniel Pemberton (Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Enola Holmes, Steve Jobs, The Trial of the Chicago 7, Being the Ricardos, The Man from U.N.C.L.E., Birds of Prey). Also included are two songs performed by Ben Schwartz (who stars as Yasper in the series) and a track performed by Schwartz, Sam Richardson & Jamie Demetriou. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, January 28 and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon. The Afterparty is created by Chris Miller and stars Tiffany Haddish, Zoë Chao, Richardson, Schwartz, Ilana Glazer, Dave Franco, Ike Barinholtz, Demetriou and John Early.

Soundtrack Album for Amazon’s ‘The Legend of Vox Machina’ to Be Released
Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the Amazon original animated series The Legend of Vox Machina. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s first season composed by Neal Acree (Stargate SG-1, World of Warcraft, Witchblade, StarCraft II, Overwatch, Diablo III). Also included are the songs from the series by Sam Riegel & Mr. Fantastic. The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, January 28 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. The Legend of Vox Machina is based on the characters and adventures of Critical Role’s first livestreamed tabletop role-playing game (RPG) campaign and features the voices of Laura Bailey, Taliesin Jaffe, Liam O’Brien, Ashley Johnson, Matthew Mercer, Marisha Ray, Riegel himself and Travis Willingham.
Rael Jones Scoring ‘Call My Agent!’ UK Remake
Rael Jones (Harlots, Suite Francaise, My Cousin Rachel, The Salisbury Poisonings, Kids in Love) is scoring the upcoming British adaptation of the French hit series Call My Agent. John Morton (Twenty Twelve) has written and directed the first two episodes of the show, which stars Jack Davenport, Chelsey Crisp, Lydia Leonard, Jim Broadbent, Maggie Steed, Prasanna Puwanarajah, Hiftu Quasem, Fola Evans-Akingbola, Harry Trevaldwyn, Rebecca Humphries, Tim McInnerny, Natasha Little, Edward Bluemel and Eleonore Arnaud. The comedy, which is set at a London talent agency where agents scramble to keep their business afloat after the sudden death of their founder, will also feature guest appearances by Kelly Macdonald, Helena Bonham Carter, Olivia Williams, Dominic West, Phoebe Dynevor, Jessica Oyelowo, David Oyelowo, among others.
Tove Lo’s Song ‘How Long’ from ‘Euphoria’ Season 2 Released
Interscope Records has released the original song How Long from the next episode (You Who Cannot See, Think of Those Who Can) of the HBO original series Euphoria. The track co-written (with Ludvig Söderberg, Sibel Redzep & Tim Nelson) and performed by Tove Lo is now available to stream/download on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon. Brendan Angelides Scoring Showtime’s ‘Super Pumped: The Battle for Uber’
Brendan Angelides (aka ESKMO) (Billions, 13 Reasons Why, Naked Singularity) has been tapped to score the upcoming Showtime anthology series Super Pumped. The first installment, entitled The Battle for Uber, is based on Mike Isaac’s bestselling book of the same title and stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Kyle Chandler, Uma Thurman, Elisabeth Shue, Kerry Bishé, Jon Bass, Bridget Gao Hollitt and Babak Tafti. Brian Koppelman (Rounders, The Girlfriend Experience), David Levien (The Illusionist, Runaway Jury) & Beth Schacter serve as the writers and showrunners of the drama, which depicts the roller-coaster ride of the upstart transportation company, embodying the highs and lows of Silicon Valley.
‘Alice’s Wonderland Bakery’ Main Title Theme Song Released
Walt Disney Records has released the main title theme song from the new Disney Junior animated series Alice’s Wonderland Bakery. The track written by the show’s music director John Kavanaugh & executive producer Chelsea Beyl, produced by Kavanaugh & Danny Jacob and performed by Libby Rue (who stars in the title role) is now available to stream/download on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon. Columbia Records has released the theme song from the new Hulu original series How I Met Your Father. The new version of the How I Met Your Mother theme song Hey Beautiful (originally written by Carter Bays & Craig Thomas as The Solids) is produced by Leroy Clampitt and performed by Lennon Stella. Matthew Herbert Scoring BBC’s ‘The Responder’
Matthew Herbert (A Fantastic Woman, Disobedience, The Beast Must Die, Gloria Bell, The Cave, Port Authority, Temple) is the composer of the new BBC drama The Responder. The show is written by ex-police officer Tony Schumacher and stars Martin Freeman, Ian Hart, Adelayo Adedayo, Warren Brown, MyAnna Buring, Romi Hyland-Rylands, Emily Fairn, Josh Finan, Rita Tushingham, Elizabeth Berrington and David Bradley. The series revolves around a morally compromised and unconventional urgent response officer tackling a series of night shifts on the beat in Liverpool who is forced to take on a new rookie partner while trying to keep his head above water both personally and professionally.
