The film is directed by Justin Baldoni and stars Haley Lu Richardson, Cole Sprouse, Moises Arias, Kimberly Hebert Gregory, Parminder Nagra and Claire Forlani. The movie follows two young people who meet and fall in love while being treated for their illnesses, knowing that they are both living on borrowed time. Mikki Daughtry & Tobias Iaconis (The Curse of La Llorona) wrote the screenplay. Baldoni is also producing the project with Cathy Schulman (Crash, The Illusionist, The Foreigner).

Patrick Doyle Scoring Kenneth Branagh’s ‘All Is True’
Patrick Doyle (Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Brave, Sense and Sensibility, Rise of the Planet of the Apes) is reteaming with Kenneth Branagh on the upcoming historical drama All Is True. Branagh is also starring in the film, alongside Judi Dench and Ian McKellen. The movie is set in 1613 and follows William Shakespeare as he returns to Stratford after his renowned Globe Theatre burns to the ground, where he must face a troubled past and a neglected family. Ben Elton (The Thin Blue Line) wrote the screenplay. Tamar Thomas and Ted Gagliano are producing the project.
Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross to Score Joe Wright’s ‘The Woman in the Window’
Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross are set to compose the music for the upcoming thriller The Woman in the Window. The film is directed by Joe Wright (Atonement, Pride and Prejudice, Darkest Hour) and stars Amy Adams, Gary Oldman, Julianne Moore, Wyatt Russell, Anthony Mackie and Brian Tyree Henry. The movie is based on A.J. Finn’s bestseller of the same title and follows an agoraphobic child psychologist who witnesses a crime while spying on her neighbors, leaving her to determine whether to alert the police. Tracy Letts (August: Osage County, Killer Joe) wrote the screenplay.
Elliot Goldenthal to Score Julie Taymor’s ‘The Glorias: A Life on the Road’
Elliot Goldenthal confirmed in a recent interview on the Nikhil Hogan Show that he will be scoring Julie Taymor’s next feature The Glorias: A Life on the Road. The film stars Julianne Moore feminist icon Gloria Steinem and follows her journey to become a crusader for equal rights and her groundbreaking work as a journalist and activist. Alicia Vikander is reportedly also in talks to join the drama. Taymor also co-wrote the screenplay with playwright Sarah Ruhl based on Steinem’s memoir My Life on the Road. She is also producing the project with Alex Saks (The Florida Project, Book Club) and Lynn Hendee (Ender’s Game).
Frank Ilfman to Score Yuval Adler’s ‘The Operative’
Frank Ilfman has signed on to score the upcoming spy thriller The Operative. The film is written and directed by Yuval Adler (Bethlehem) and stars Diane Kruger, Martin Freeman and Cas Anvar. The movie is based on the Israeli best seller The English Teacher written by former Israeli intelligence officer Yiftach Reicher Atir and tells the story of a woman recruited by the Mossad to go undercover in Tehran who becomes entangled in a complex triangle with her handler and her subject. Anne Carey (Can You Ever Forgive Me?, Mr. Holmes, 20th Century Women) is producing the project for Archer Gray, alongside Match Factory Production’s Michael Weber & Viola Fügen (Foxtrot) and Spiro Films’ Eitan Mansuri (The Congress).

Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross have composed the score for the upcoming sci-fi thriller Bird Box. The film is directed by Susanne Bier (After the Wedding, In a Better World) and stars Sandra Bullock, Trevante Rhodes, Jacki Weaver, Rosa Salazar, Danielle Macdonald, Lil Rel Howery, Tom Hollander, Colson Baker, BD Wong, Sarah Paulson and John Malkovich. The movie based on the bestselling novel of the same name by Josh Malerman follows a mother, and two children navigate a hostile, even demonic landscape after an apocalyptic event.
Henry Jackman to Score Rob Letterman’s ‘Pokémon: Detective Pikachu’
Henry Jackman has been tapped to score the live-action adaptation of Pokémon: Detective Pikachu. The film is directed by Rob Letterman (Goosebumps) and stars Ryan Reynolds as the voice of the title character, alongside Justice Smith, Kathryn Newton, Ken Watanabe, Justice Smith, Kathryn Newton, Bill Nighy, Chris Geere, Rita Ora and Suki Waterhouse. The movie is based on the Pokémon franchise and follows a teen who teams with Pikachu in order to find his missing father. Letterman also co-wrote the screenplay with Nicole Perlman (Guardians of the Galaxy, Captain Marvel).
Hugo de Chaire Scoring James Dearden’s ‘Surviving Christmas’
This past week, Hugo de Chaire has recorded his score for the upcoming British family comedy Surviving Christmas. The film is written and directed by James Dearden (screenwriter of Fatal Attraction) and stars Julian Ovenden, Gemma Whelan, Joely Richardson, Michael Landes, Sally Phillips, Ronni Ancona, Patricia Hodge and James Fox. The movie tells the story of two sisters looking to endure the holiday period with their families in their recently deceased parents’ dilapidated country house. Nick Hamson (Mum’s List) is producing the project.
Hans Zimmer & Harold Faltermeyer to Score ‘Top Gun: Maverick’
Tom Cruise revealed in a video message at this yesterday’s Hollywood in Vienna concert that Hans Zimmer will be scoring the upcoming action drama Top Gun: Maverick. Hans-Zimmer.com has confirmed that the composer will be collaborating with Harold Faltermeyer who composed the music for Tony Scott’s 1986 original film. Cruise has previously mentioned that Faltermeyer’s music will be featured in the sequel. Top Gun: Maverick is directed by Joseph Kosinski (Oblivion, Tron Legacy) and stars Cruise, alongside Miles Teller, Val Kilmer, Jon Hamm, Ed Harris, Jennifer Connelly, Glen Powell, Lewis Pullman, Charles Parnell, Jay Ellis, Bashir Salahuddin, Danny Ramirez and Monica Barbaro.

Arturo Sandoval is composing the original score for the upcoming crime drama The Mule. The film is directed by Clint Eastwood (Unforgiven, Million Dollar Baby) who also stars in the movie alongside Bradley Cooper, Laurence Fishburne, Michael Pena, Dianne Wiest, Andy Garcia, Alison Eastwood, Taissa Farmiga, Ignacio Serricchio, Loren Dean and Eugene Cordero. The movie tells the true story of Earl Stone, a man in his 80s who signs on as a drug courier for a Mexican cartel.
