Paramount Music has released a new digital soundtrack album for the 1987 horror comedy The Monster Squad co-written and directed by Fred Dekker and starring Andre Gower, Robby Kiger, Duncan Regehr, Stephen Macht, Stan Shaw and Tom Noonan. The album features the film’s original score composed and conducted by Academy Award nominee Bruce Broughton (Silverado, The Miracle on 42nd Street, Young Sherlock Holmes, Rescuers Down Under, Homeward Bound, Tombstone). Also included is the Monster Squad Rap written by Michael Sembello & Richard Rudolph. ‘Stay Tuned’ Digital Score Album Released
Enjoy the Ride Records has released a digital version of the score album for the 1992 fantasy comedy Stay Tuned directed by Peter Hyams and starring John Ritter, Pam Dawber, Eugene Levy and Jeffrey Jones. The album features the film’s original music composed and conducted by Academy Award nominee Bruce Broughton (Silverado, Rescuers Down Under, The Miracle on 42nd Street, Tombstone, Young Sherlock Holmes, Homeward Bound). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and other major digital music services. Intrada Records has previously released the world premiere score release as a limited edition CD back in 2011, while Morgan Creek has released the original 1992 soundtrack album featuring songs from and inspired by the movie and two score tracks.
‘The Orville’ – Season 1 Soundtrack Album Details
The track list of the first soundtrack album for the Fox series The Orville have been revealed. The album features selections from the original music of the show’s first season composed by Bruce Broughton (Silverado, Young Sherlock Holmes, Rescuers Down Under), John Debney (The Passion of the Christ, The Jungle Book, Iron Man 2), Joel McNeely (A Million Ways to Die in the West, American Dad) and Andrew Cottee. The soundtrack will be released as a 2-CD set on January 22 by La-La Land Records and a digital version will be coming out from 20th Century Fox TV Records (click here to download). La-La Land Records will release the first soundtrack album for the Fox sci-fi comedy drama The Orville. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s first season composed by Bruce Broughton (Silverado, Young Sherlock Holmes, Miracle on 34th Street) who wrote the series’ main titles theme and scored the first episode, John Debney (The Passion of the Christ, The Jungle Book, Elf), Joel McNeely (A Million Ways to Die in the West, Iron Will, American Dad) and Andrew Cottee. The 2-CD set will be released in early 2019 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon.

Intrada Records has announced the world premiere release of the score for Disney’s 2004 animated comedy Mickey, Donald, Goofy: The Three Musketeers directed by Donovan Cook. Academy Award nominee Bruce Broughton (Silverado, Young Sherlock Holmes, Rescuers Down Under, Lost in Space, Tombstone, Homeward Bound) has composed and conducted the film’s original music. The album features Broughton’s score, including music not used in the final version of the movie, as well as the songs from the film that were featured on the original 2004 soundtrack album released by Walt Disney Records. Complete ‘Who Framed Roger Rabbit’ Soundtrack Announced
Intrada Records has announced a new soundtrack album for Robert Zemeckis’ 1988 classic Who Framed Roger Rabbit starring Bob Hoskins, Christopher Lloyd, Stubby Kaye, Charles Fleischer and Joanna Cassidy. The 3-CD set features the complete original score from the Touchstone Pictures production composed and conducted by Alan Silvestri (Back to the Future, Forrest Gump, The Avengers, Cast Away, The Croods, Captain America: The First Avenger), including more than 50 minutes of previously unreleased music, as well as alternate cues on the first two discs and the content of the original 1988 album on the third disc. Also included is the world premiere release of Bruce Broughton‘s music from the 1990/1993 animated shorts Rollercoaster Rabbit and Trail Mix-Up, as well as James Horner‘s score from 1989’s Tummy Trouble.

Also premiering tonight is the HBO original series The Deuce created by David Simon & George Pelecanos and starring James Franco, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Gary Carr, Margarita Levieva, Lawrence Gilliard Jr., Dominique Fishback, Emily Meade, Gbenga Akinnagbe, Chris Bauer, Chris Coy, Natalie Paul and Michael Rispoli. The show doesn’t feature an original score. Blake Leyh serves as the project’s music supervisor. The Deuce tells the story of the legalization and subsequent rise of the porn industry in New York’s Times Square from the early 70s through the mid 80s. The drama will air Sunday nights on HBO. Intrada Records has announced a new soundtrack album for Walt Disney Pictures’ 1992 family comedy sequel Honey, I Blew Up the Kid directed by Randal Kleiser and starring Rick Moranis, Marcia Strassman, Robert Oliveri, Amy O’Neill and Keri Russell. The album features the film’s expanded original score composed and conducted by Academy Award nominee Bruce Broughton (Silverado, Young Sherlock Holmes, Rescuers Down Under, Lost in Space), including almost 30 minutes of previously unreleased music. Also included is the world premiere release Broughton’s score for the 1992 animated short Off His Rockers, which appeared in front of the Honey, I Shrunk the Kid sequel.
