Netflix Music has released a soundtrack album for the German Netflix original film She Said Maybe . The album features the movie’s original music composed by Annette Focks (Night Train to Lisbon, Silent Heart, Sweethearts, 55 Steps, In Harm’s Way) & Ali N.Askin (Tehran Taboo, Barbarians, Seven Days, Moonbound, Leroy). Yatak Records has released a soundtrack album for the German/Iranian drama Seven Days. The album features the film’s original music composed by Ali N. Askin (Tehran Taboo, Barbarians, Moonbound, Leroy). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check audio samples. Also listen to the composer’s Family Themes below. Seven Days is written by Mohammad Rasoulof, directed by Ali Samadi Ahadi and stars Vishka Asayesh, Majid Bakhtiari, Tanaz Molaei, Melika Foroutan and Sam Vafa. The movie follows an imprisoned human rights activist who is granted a rare medical leave, which offers her the chance to escape Iran but at the expense of her battle for equality and democracy.

‘Moonbound’ (‘Peterchens Mondfahrt’) Soundtrack Album Details
Yatak Records will release a soundtrack album for the animated feature Moonbound (Peterchens Mondfahrt). The album features the film’s original music composed by Ali N. Askin (Barbarians, Tehran Taboo, Leroy). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, April 1 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Moonbound directed by Ali Samadi Ahadi is based on the bestselling children’s book of the same title by Gerdt von Bassewitz and tells the story of a boy who sets out on a magical journey to the moon to rescue his little sister who was kidnapped by the evil Moon Man when she tried to help the beetle Mr. Zoomzeman to find his wife.
Weekly TV Music Roundup (October 18, 2020)
Premiering on Thursday, October 22 is the fantasy adventure comedy The Witches directed by Robert Zemeckis and starring Anne Hathaway, Octavia Spencer, Stanley Tucci, Kristin Chenoweth, Chris Rock and Jahzir Kadeen Bruno. The film’s original music is composed by Alan Silvestri (Back to the Future, Forrest Gump. Marvel’s The Avengers, Cast Away, Who Framed Roger Rabbit). A soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score will be announced this coming week. Check out our previous article to learn more about the Warner Bros. Pictures production, which was originally set to open in theaters (and is still being released theatrically in several foreign markets next week) and will debut in the U.S. exclusively on HBO Max.
Premiering on Friday, October 23 (following a very limited theatrical release on October 9 we missed in our film music roundup that week) is the Netflix animated film Over the Moon directed by Glen Keane and starring Cathy Ang, Phillipa Soo, Ken Jeong, John Cho, Margaret Cho, Kimiko Glenn, Robert G. Chiu, Ruthie Ann Miles, Artt Butler and Sandra Oh. Steven Price (Gravity, Our Planet, Suicide Squad) has composed the film’s original score and Christopher Curtis, Marjorie Duffield & Helen Park have written the original songs. Premiering tonight is the Syfy original series Nightflyers developed by Jeff Buhler based on George R.R. Martin’s novella and the 1987 film of the same name and starring Eoin Macken, David Ajala, Sam Strike, Maya Eshet, Angus Sampson, Jodie Turner-Smith, Brian F. O’Byrne and Gretchen Mol. The show’s original music is composed by Will Bates (The Path, The Looming Tower, I Origins, The Magicians).
