Premiering in the U.S. today is the British series Guilt created by Neil Forsyth and starring Mark Bonnar, Jamie Sives, Ruth Bradley, Emun Elliott, Sian Brooke, Moyo Akandé, Ellie Haddington and Bill Paterson. The show’s original music is composed by Arthur Sharpe (The Electrical Life of Louis Wain, Ghosts). The thriller, which follows two brothers who are hiding their guilt after running into an elderly pedestrian during an inebriated drive home from a wedding, premiered in the UK in 2019 on BBC Two and is making its U.S. debut on PBS as part of the Masterpiece series.
Premiering on Tuesday, September 7, is the FX limited series American Crime Story: Impeachment developed by Sarah Burgess and starring Sarah Paulson, Beanie Feldstein, Margo Martindale, Annaleigh Ashford, Clive Owen, Judith Light, Billy Eichner and Edie Falco. Mac Quayle (Mr. Robot, American Horror Story, Feud: Bette and Joan, The Politician, Scream Queens) who previously scored the first two American Crime Story installments (The People v. O.J. Simpson & The Assassination of Gianni Versace) is composing the show’s original music. The new season, which examines the national crisis that led to the first impeachment of a U.S. President in over a century, will premiere on FX and will also be available to stream on FX on Hulu.
