Indie rock band Bruce Peninsula has released a soundtrack album for the Canadian drama Wildhood. The album features the film’s original music composed by the band’s vocalist/guitarist Neil Haverty (Avocado Toast the Series, Body and Bones). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon. Wildhood is written and directed by Bretten Hannam and stars Phillip Lewitski, Joshua Odjick, Avery Winters-Anthony and Michael Greyeyes. The movie follows a teenager who flees his abusive father and – with his half-brother – embarks on a journey where Link discovers his sexuality and rediscovers his Mi’kmaw heritage. ‘November Criminals’ Soundtrack Album Announced

Denovali Records will release the first-ever soundtrack album for the 2017 crime drama November Criminals. The album features the film’s original music composed by David Norland (Anvil! The Story of Anvil, My Dinner with Hervé). The soundtrack will be released digitally on October 15, 2021 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. A first track (Lost Watching TV) is already available to stream/download now and can be checked out after the jump. November Criminals is directed by Sacha Gervasi and stars Chloë Grace Moretz, Ansel Elgort, Catherine Keener and David Strathairn. The movie follows a pair of college bound friends who find themselves falling for one another, but after the mysterious murder of their classmate, they must defy the authorities to uncover the truth. The Scottish post-rock band Mogwai is set to score an untitled Apple TV+ docuseries about the rise and fall of former Nissan and Renault CEO Carlos Ghosn. The 4-parter is directed by James Jones (On the President’s Orders) and – with the involvement of the people who were there, alongside the reporting of WSJ reporters Nick Kostov & Sean McLain – will tell the full story of how one of the most admired businessmen on the planet became its most famous international fugitive. The Divine Comedy’s Neil Hannon to Write Original Songs for Paul King’s ‘Wonka’

Warner Bros. Pictures announced today that Neil Hannon (of the band The Divine Comedy) is writing original songs for the upcoming fantasy movie Wonka. The film is directed by Paul King (Paddington) and stars Timothée Chalamet, Rowan Atkinson, Olivia Colman, Keegan-Michael Key, Sally Hawkins, Mathew Baynton, Jim Carter, Tom Davi, Simon Farnaby (who also co-wrote the screenplay with King), Rich Fulcher, Kobna Holdbrook-Smith, Paterson Joseph, Calah Lane, Matt Lucas, Colin O’Brien, Natasha Rothwell, Rakhee Thakrar and Ellie White. Milan Records has released a soundtrack album for the Swedish biographical drama Tigers. The album features the film’s original music composed by Jonas Colstrup (The Square, In the Blood, President, The Shadow Play).
