The album features the film’s original music composed by Daniel Pemberton (Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, The Trial of the Chicago 7, Steve Jobs, Enola Holmes, Birds of Prey, King Arthur: Legend of the Sword, Ocean’s 8). The soundtrack will be released digitally on June 24 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Brian and Charles is directed by Jim Archer and stars David Earl, Chris Hayward, Louise Brealey, Jamie Michie and Nina Sosanya. Walt Disney Records has released the theme song from the upcoming Disney Junior animated series Firebuds. Firebuds Let’s Roll is written and performed by songwriter Beau Black and is now available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. The show is created by Craig Pearce (Moulin Rouge!, The Great Gatsby), directed by Danny Boyle (Slumdog Millionaire, 28 Days Later…) and stars Toby Wallace, Anson Boon, Christian Lees, Louis Partridge, Jacob Slater, Sydney Chandler, Maisie Williams, Talulah Riley, Emma Appleton and Thomas Brodie-Sangster. The 6-part drama is based on Sex Pistols’ founding member and guitarist Steve Jones’ memoir Lonely Boy: Tales from a Sex Pistol and tells the story of a band of working-class kids with “no future,” who shook the boring, corrupt Establishment to its core, threatened to bring down the government and changed music and culture forever. Intrada Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1993 period comedy Matinee directed by Joe Dante and starring John Goodman, Cathy Moriarty, Simon Fenton, Omri Katz, Kellie Martin and Lisa Jakub. The album features the film’s complete original score composed and conducted by Academy Award winner Jerry Goldsmith (The Omen, Star Trek: The Motion Picture, Chinatown, Planet of the Apes, Poltergeist, Basic Instinct, L.A. Confidential, Patton, Gremlins), including previously unreleased music and several alternate cues.
